I just got done having a conversation without someone who hates playing games with female leads. Wasn't going to buy the new Assassins' Creed if it had a female lead. Yeah, this sadly isn't as unusual as you'd like.

The fact that some reviews have mentioned that this movie has a bit of a feminist bent will of course cause a pushback from degenerates.

Man, not playing a game with a female lead would mean I would've missed out on Bayonetta 2. Unacceptable.

1. He did not.

2. No sequel build-up, ending reminiscent of The Road Warrior, from a thematic sense.

3. More emphasis on the "Mad" aspect of Max's character.

4. I've only seen the first two, but the only real thing connecting this film to any of the others are quick visual hints at Max's "origin."

Only minor spoilers here, did my best to not ruin any actual plot points.

The issue of spending over $200 million a new Mad Max movie no one really wanted to see other than hardcore fans.
