Monday's OS #'s will speak volumes.

I'm still rolling with 700-750ww. To hell with the naysayers.t:

Is it bird, is it a plane...no, it's my prediction coming true.

I don't think it will get to $300m, either.

but 290 is pretty d**** good!!

Yeah, that's still close enough. I hope it passes $300M, but if not, it still made a ton of dough.

Too bad it hasn't done double of what Avatar did. They obviously should've made it a World's Finest movie instead. That way all 7 billion people on the planet would've watched it 3 times each on opening weekend, leading to a worldwide gross of $900 trillion.

I actually said something similar on another forum during a 10 page "debate" about an Avengers comic book.

It is going to be a hard push to get to 300M. I find myself checking every day around 3 or 4 pm, hoping it has a bit of a spike like on tuesday when it hit +700 thousand.

At this point I think the people that are still seeing the movie are probably mostly hardcore fans, watching it for the 3rd , 4th etc time... (I've seen it 5 times so far!)
So I was thinking, I am actually grabbing a bunch of my cousins and friends who haven't seen the movie, and werent' planning on seeing the movie.. grabbing them and taking them to check it out this weekend..or next weekend...I figure if all us hardcore fans who enjoy the movie can maybe do that over the next few weekends, I think we can legit get it close or over 300 M. Lets all go see it again and take a bunch of people who haven't seen and weren't planning on.. that way they can maybe via word of mouth spread and maybe we can give it a major bump?

I don't know if you guys know this but if u check BMO and compare Man of Steel v.s. SR... for the last 2 days SR has outpaced MofS... that's sad.. we gotta atleast outpace SR..

anyways let me know what you guys think of the idea above..

and by the way guys... Spiderman, Batman, Ironman all have 300 M dollar movies.. sure for Batman it was the sequel.. but Sups needs a 300M movie.. this is the mother of all superheroes.. lets do this!

Let the haters hate, just means more attention towards MofS... 300 M isn't out of the picture yet.. right now it's on pace to get 295... with a little infusion over this weekend 300M is still a legit possibility
