Yeah from what I read on the stream, he was about to get hit and apparently said Spider-Sense tingling and did some counter attack. I'm assuming it worked similar to the counter attacks Taskmaster has for low, mid and high attacks. Hopefully it's true! I also saw his Future Foundation outfit on the stream, man that thing is gorgeous! I can't decide if I want to use that or the symbiote suit now lol.

FF Spidey and FF4 She Hulk are alternate colors. They were on the stream as well. 90's Ghost Rider and 1st appearance Hawkeye are also alternate colors they were on the stream as well.

That sounds great! A really fitting move for Spidey, I'm glad he's getting some care as well because in the vanilla version he's too weak IMO.

- Interesting/awkward QA moment: An african-american fan asked why there are not more black or female characters in UMvC3. Very awkward pause from the panel, finally stating that it is something that they’re considering and may address in the future. They further state that the game is still in development and things may be added in the future (no confirms on DLC other than costumes).

When it comes to comic book characters, that game doesn't exist.

I do love that someone brought the fact up that, yet again, black characters are extremely underrepresented.

Very true. I honestly wouldn't mind if Capcom updated this game with new stages and new characters once a year. The stages can come in the Summer and characters in the Winter. I'd definitely scrape up the MS points for that kind of dlc.

Reading that future upgrades might happen, I'm joining the camp of people that are not getting the Ultimate Edition. I'm waiting for the 3rd release before getting this game again.

And on Capcom's side they could have included Elena, which would have appeased the many fans who have complained about her not being in SF4.

I know that as soon as you bring the concept of affirmative action into things you open up the floodgates for all kinds of BS, but I don't really see this as affirmative action so much as I see it as a lot of popular characters getting snubbed who happen to be black, almost as if they've avoided adding more black characters. (I am White, BTW)

The thing is you always got someone chiming in whenever a non-white or non-male character is added immediately calling it affirmative action, which sad to say is not an unpopular mindset among some of the fanbases.
