so theres going to be alternate costumes and not simply pallette swaps? Will these be included in the game or DLC?

Well I hope there would be Alts instead of palette swaps.I haven't play SF4 but didn't each character have an Alt costume?

Hulk- Grey Hulk or Joe Fixit
Iron Man- New costume or classic
Wolverine- X-Force
Deadpool- Marvel Girl or X-Men costume
Spider-Man- Symbiote

It was DLC you had to pay for. Capcom only had pallette swaps in the game. All costumes were extras up on the store. I wouldnt be surprised if Capcom did that again here, if they did have alternate costume packs

Ryu- Ken, Akuma or whatever he had as an alt in SFIV
Dante- DMC1
Frank West- Chuck Greene (Star of DR2)
Mega Man- Classic (I'm assuming they won't use this version)

No, Frank West should have a toy Servbot alt costume, like the one you could dress up as in the toy store in Dead Rising!

yeah, it's one of his super moves, he puts on a Servbot helmet and comes charging after you Juggernaut style.

Spidey's Symbiote suit would be obvious. Maybe his Iron-Spidey suit? Something different, but will never go through. :P

He's practically confirmed. You can easily tell by his silhouette that it's him.
