With all due respect, in a setting like this, who cares about her backstory or character flaws? She's another playable character with claws. She had best be really, really varied from Wolverine's play style for her to not waste that character space.

Exactly what I think too. I don't care much if she's a cool character. When Marvel has such a huge roster of great heroes and villains I don't want ANOTHER X-mutant with claws to take up the spot for, say, Magneto or Psylocke to name a few.

She's not bone claws Wolverine or anything. Did you guys watch her trailer? Saying she fights like Wolverine is like saying She Hulk would fight like Hulk.

And I can guarantee if Jennifer was announced more people would be happy about that irregardless. We wouldn't have this ''OMG ANOTHER HULK SMASHING THINGS?!"

It's more so that it's X-23 than it is that she fights like Wolverine, because if you'd watch her trailer, you'd know this.

I'm not a huge fan of X-23 myself, but I'm kind of glad they've gone a little out of the fanboy checklist comfort zone a little.

Tron looks good, plays mostly like her MVC2, like one would expect. Have they released a character sheet for her or anything?

How much exactly do you want? Because him teleporting, all the way to standing up, are a load of frames. And the quality is going to suffer greatly. And the motion could be really weird if I remove a lot.

Just from the lightning to a point where Thor is recognizable as himself. The quality doesn't have to be super-great since it'd be shrunk down to 100x100 for the avatar anyway.

Watching her Gameplay I happily accept X-23 to the roster... she looks a hell of a lot funner than Logan.

I saw that Gameplay but it didnt win me over, i still just see another clawed character. There are a TON of characters that have COMPLETELY different movesets/powers that they could have chosen from and they didnt. Just is kinda interesting she was put in.

I have not watched that trailer yet, I'm currently home from work on lunch. I planned on watching it tonight, but I'll admit, I'm not going in with high hopes. At best, I'm cautiously optimistic.

I can understand the taking a spot from Magneto or Cyclops but lets not pretend that Psylocke really deserved it anymore than her. She was probably the least interesting Marvel fighter in MvC2 and her popularity isn't what it was in the 90s.

She had about as much chance of being in this game as Omega Red. Or Silver Samurai.

Actually Psylocke's popularity is on an uprise. Out of all the female X-men, she's probably the one making the most appearances these days and has been given a sort of revival in the past year. I loved her in MvC2 as she was one of the better fighters in Xmen COTA. With that said, I wouldnt be upset if she werent in this. She's not really on my want list
