Iron Fist would be perfect for a fighting game, but character selection tends to go by popularity. I'm ready to be pleasantly surprised, though.

Yes. But most of Captain Commando's moves have been cannibalized in Viper's design, so they probably stuck with her out of convenience. No need for legal when you have something close enough.

More and more people are saying 2 extra characters on both sides, so who knows he might be in, but it's said Taskmaster has a move where he floods his opponent with arrows, so I doubt he's in.

The extra characters and Tasky's moves

Tasky's move came from Lupinko who acurately predicted Phoenix's moves.

The 2 extra characters on both side is from something Seth said on the second day's stream (We're shooting for 38 to 40 playable characters, no guarantees, something like that.) I don't think there's a recording of it like the first day's stream though. There's also the fact that Frank West's silhouette is still on the main US webpage and is on the UK pre-order shirt. So more characters are most certainly on the roster than Lupinko's list.

Here are some villains I would have killed for in MvC3.

1stly, drop Shuma, of course. 2nd, no Sentinel. 3rd, replace Akuma with Bison.

Dr. Wily, I see him as always fighting in his Hover-mo-bil, so that would take away from Tron Bonne's gimmick. He's always in a mech in every game he's in. So I'd omit him.






Astaroth is the big bad from Ghosts and Goblins. Red Arremer always stills his spotlight as the "villain" of the series when its really this guy below. he should be as big as the Hulk.

Well, I always played the Capcom crossover games nicely with the PS controller.
But to each his own. I never had any problems.

They could have put in Pyron or Demitri from darkstalkers as villains.But instead we get Felicia again.

Dimitri could be one of those characters were the RAM excuse is actually valid due to Midnight Bliss. Capcom doesn't want a half-assed Dimitri, but they will NEVER convince Marvel to allow them to make a bunch of skimpy female versions of their characters and even if they could, that's WAY too much crap eating RAM.

Yeah they could just have a Midnight Bliss-less Demitri. But in Capcom's and the fans eyes, a Demitri without Midnight Bliss is like a Ryu without a Shinku Hadoken.
