Unfortunately I dont see it. IA with other comments and the next step is to make Marvel Super Heroes 2. Take every playable character from UMvC3 (thats what 25?) and bring that up to at least 40. I say dont make it seem like UMvC3 without Capcom characters. Make it maybe 2v2 fighting with the option for 1v1. Tone it down so its not insanely over the top. Introduce some new gameplay mechanics while removing some from UMvC3. Try and make it a unique experience

The MK guys are getting definitely better though. And they jam their games full with content, that someone like Capcom would withhold as DLC. Sure, MK9 had a few character and costumes DLCs, but nowhere on the same level as Capcom. And when they say they add a story mode, they actually do it. Not act like they never mentioned it. Right now I'm looking more forward to Netherrealm fighters, than Capcom's.

The perfect fighting game for marvel would be a splash of X-men Next Dimension, a (very tiny) dash of Rise of the Imperfects and Mortal Kombat, and then about a gallon of Marvel Vs Capcom 3

honestly it's probably the best "souley" marvel fight game ever made.

i always kinda wanted an old school fighting game like that.. imagine a game like halo's multilayer, where you can pick between 50 heroes and villains and have an all out brawl.... you could be flying around as goblin throwing pumpkin bombs down on Jubilee as she goes toe-to toe- with Annihilus and Red Skull... as hulk throws ironman through a building
