Homecoming Marvel's Spider-Man Costume!? - Part 4

They look awesome & creepy which is how I like Spidey to look.

I posted the image on Comicvine & got the same reaction; everyone is still sipping TASM2 cool-aid so they can't see any other way big eyes can be translated to live action so whatever.

Every time I post a pic of a suit it gets shot down! my question for you people: what do YOU want for the costume??

It's not like I even like the Tasm 2 suit that much. I love big eyes I just don't think those in particular work. If they're gonna do bagley, then they should do Bagley and not.. that.

I really like these lenses, they look friendly (Like some posters want) and I think they are a great translation of the Bagley lenses to semi-realism (since they're matched to Garfield proportions). .

Looks Kirby-isque.
I'm not a fan of the way Jack Kirby drew the costume.

So I was thinking while watching supergirl new episode tonight. In the more daylight scenes. I really like the shade of reds and blue in her suit. Would folks want that type of shade for spidey.

If they:

- Added a texture of some sort
- Made the eyes slightly smaller (I don't mean changing the shape, just size them down a bit)
- Changed the spider symbol

I think that would be my ideal suit.

agrees.. i don't think people realize how awkward the human head is... and how off spidey will look without one.. because he's never been drawn realistically
