Correct me if I'm wrong but...I feel like those lenses are exactly like the kind we got in ASM. (Obviously a different color)

Personally, and I know not many agree, I loved the Amazing Spider-Man suit. I thought it was a great/modern take on the classic suit. I know a lot of people hated the texture but in my opinion, it looked great on screen. It really popped with the color palette.

That's a different discussion though...I'm all for the kind of suit Avegning Spider posted. I think it looks great and hits fanboy criticisms across the board.

Nah, tasm's were like little rectangles whereas these are triangular. I absolutely hated the first tasm suit's eyes

The eyes are different in this, as this one is kinda more angular in the down part, the black rims and white parts. But yeah, this one feels like a direct evolution of the TASM eyes (or lenses)

The above image is what TASM2 eyes should have been. And TASM1 was the best yet imo. You're not alone.

for me personally i rather have slightly bigger eyes around the asm 2 size not raimi or asm 1 eyes which i thought where to small. As for face shell i too hope they dont do it. Or if they do that it doesnt cause tom or his stunt folks heads to look wear. Tom has a fine shape for his head. And counting how his hair is it shouldnt make mask look to weird. Its same i hope we dont have a fake muscle suit in or under the suit. As we can clearly see tom does not need it at all. Just get proper materials and fit it to his body and all to show off his body portions.

but that really counts if that is a physical on set thing or cg. I do hope we can see his mouth moving so maybe have separate masks for different types of filming deals. IE silly face shell stuff for action scenes and what not. And a more thinner mask for talking scenes.

The reason you can't is because the movies used a face shell to keep the iconic face shape from the comics. Tom has a pretty defined face though so maybe they can ditch it on him. And I don't see how being able to do it on a tv show equates to a movie lol, it's probably because of budget restraints that it's like that on flash

as in if they are able to make it look good on a tv show with a much smaller budget, they can make it look good in a movie while still keeping the shape they want

And to be honest, i am completly fine without seeing the suit again, after almost a year and a half of seeing it, im tired of just seeing that costume and want to see All New Spidey suit for the movies

I always thought tasm2 was the only mask to use a face shell. The more you know...

How come the Andrew's head was so much bigger in the tasm2 mask? Because of the lenses?

Yeah, they had to make the face-shell larger to accommodate for the lenses.

Again, probably i am saying this to quick and off topic... well the last thing i remember is that Spidey is going to have two suits in Civil War...
This is going to sound weird but how if we DON'T have the Iron Spider in the movie. Again weird but, if Peter gets the Iron Spider so quickly after his homemade suit, even if the suit is destroyed ala comic style, at least to me it's going to feel weird seeing Peter web swing after seeing him FLYING.
How about we have Peter build up to having an armored suit, probably having some suits in the middle of it, and then we get the Iron Spider. Or better (or at least better for me since i love the costume.) we get this:

If we get Ends of Earth armor, i will happily reenact this:

It's already been said we won't be getting the iron spider suit in civil war. If we see it in mcu it likely won't be to one of the infinity films.

All we know is if the two suits thing is real. That he will just be the reds and blue. And first suit will be a homemade suit. Then likely get or make the real deal suit by end of the film. But so much is unknown.

I don't think so. I believe I seen others. I guess it's time to google face shells for all the spidey films. And from what it looks like the shell is only covering front of his face and rest is more like stocking and bald cap type deal.
