F**k co-op, the galaxy should have been saved already.
seeing that the mass Effect series is this gens for consoles halo. (which had co-op and multiplayer). . I'm happy with the co-op and the fact their taking their time to polish the game. I'm happy with bio ware and the fact that their per4fectionists. any complaining cause their having an impatience issue needs to calm down. especially if you have animated pic of the hot chick from saints row the game commercial which had co-op as well which loved for that too .
I don't hate co-op in general but as cool as I think it's gonna be to play as a Krogan I couldn't care less about it.I'm glad ME3 got pushed back to March.
for one, it gives me time to play through ME1 and ME2.......lol
and, besides, there were WAY too many AAA games out in the last part of this year.
Out of every game that came out this season ME3 was at the top of my list. I wasn't too miffed about the delay at first because yeah, I figured they'd polish things up and whatnot. Then the multiplayer rumours started and they confirmed the co-op. It's very clear to me that they decided to add it in last minute and that's why I gotta wait three more months. I have to wait. Because. Of a mode that is irrelevant to why I play Mass Effect.I don't hate co-op in general but as cool as I think it's gonna be to play as a Krogan I couldn't care less about it.
oh, don't get me wrong, I would have loved to play ME3 this XMAS, instead of having to wait till March. and, I have 0 interest in the multiplayer mode, too.
but, in the end, it's just a few more months to wait. and there are plenty of games to tide me over in the meantime.........
and after Dragon Age 2 ( which felt kind of rushed, imo ), I'd rather wait for Bioware to polish things up a bit.........
if it had been delayed till Summer or Fall 2012, THEN I would have been more angry, especially if it was mainly to incorporate the multiplayer mode.
The entire company is not working on the Galaxy at War thing, there's been pretty steady development on the game proper. I don't even think that was the cause of pushing the release date back, it looked like from the leaked footage that I saw that the MP is pretty much functional.
Regardless, the singleplayer portion of ME3 is going to be better for the delay, that's pretty much not in question.
The game is not being held up solely by the MP mode. Now as somebody who peeks in on the Bioware forums, I know that the voice work just got done a week or two ago. They've only within the last month and a half or so put the game together (in that they can go from beginning to end) and are now going through the process of polishing it and checking for bugs.
If you follow the Bioware dev twitters its very clear that the game was not done back in Nov or even Dec - and again the entire company would not be diverted into putting together what is basically a Horde mode.
Here's a fan art image of Miranda I just finished. She had a weird face in the game, so i didn't worry about being accurate with it.
Second screenshot kind of looks like Halo multiplayer.
