Sounds like murder is afoot.

I liked Miranda alot. I liked her backstory. And I like her accent. Jacob's cool too. His thing is that he's just too normal a guy. He kinda reminds me of Anderson, because he's clearly a military man. Miranda just walks away from me, but Jacob goes through the formality of saluting me. So, if your into the military angle I could see how Jacob could be a perfect fit for your squad.

I'm hoping to get everyone to survive the suicide run on my insanity playthrough. It'll be my main character save, so I'd like to have all my options open for the third. On my other runs, like Vanguard or Infiltrator runs? Yeah, a great many shall die.

I'd be surprised if Samara only gets a cameo in the third. They set her up for some possibly cool stuff, I thought. And I thought they hinted at a possible future romance with her as well. Just dialogue options I remember whenever she was meditating on the Normandy.

I'm pro-Ashley. Never really liked Kaiden, and when it came to choosing who I liked more...answer was easy for me.
