Why not mention who the mystery guy is when he’s already named other guys that are supposedly in contention? Seems fishy

I read somewhere the 3rd name is John Krasinski. Can't post the link because it's from an SHH rival site.

Having listened to his latest podcast, my sense is that he wants to investigate this one a little further given its ambiguity.

You know, taking Robles' description of the actor into account, coupled with the video of Gosling physically squirming in his seat after being asked about Batman, makes me wonder a bit.

I'm getting flashes of that interview with Eisenberg where the interviewer brought up Batman v Superman and Eisenberg immediately froze.

I'm still down for him. Might not be an Ideal Playboy-looking Bruce, but I think he's still capable. In fact, his pixar-aw-schucks looks could be a distraction from people suspecting he could be the Batman.

I’ve always viewed Gosling as Batman as unrealistic dream casting. He’s been my favorite for the role since I saw Drive. But after that interview, and considering the fact that Joaquin freaking Phoenix is Joker and Jake Gyllenhaal is Mysterio, Gosling may not be so unrealistic. If Reeves has a kickass take on the character that can rival the quality of Nolan’s films, I can see Gosling considering the role. The two times where Gosling was officially in the running or even offered the role of Batman was for Justice League Mortal and BvS. Neither of those scripts were anything to write home about. If Reeves’ Batman is pitched to Gosling as a prestige, standalone series with little to no ties to the rest of the DCEU, then maybe we could get Gosling to sign on.

If not Gosling though, I’m sticking with Armie Hammer. He’s a much less exciting option, but he’d be solid.

It'd be great. We'd have a Superman with comedic timing and charisma and an intense Batman that could rival Bale and Keaton.

You are reading into it way too much.

I would love to read Affleck’s Batman script as that Jay Oliva guy said it was the best Batman script he’s read. Not like that means much but It would certainly interesting to read and would love to find out the plot

Ditto

Since Deathstroke was intended to be the villain, I'm wondering if Damian Wayne was in that script. Recently, the comics and animated movies has positioned Deathstroke as Damian's nemesis

I haven't seen the films, but in the comics Deathstroke is more of a Dick Grayson villain.

Although Deathstroke doesn't really have a nemesis, he started as a Teen Titans villain but has become a general DC baddie. A true mercenary.

I’m aware of the history surrounding Dick/Slade. Deathstroke is the natural villain choice for the Nightwing movie, but that’ll probably never happen. However, the recent comics and animated movies have placed a major emphasis on the rivalry between Damian and Slade, and I could see that being something WB would want to explore given the exposure their rivalry has gotten as of late.

Deathstoke has had plenty of exposure, he doesn't really need a Damian rivaly.

I'd prefer more stories with villains tied specifically to Damian like Professor Pyg, and Flamingo. Or Talia, really Damian's greatest nemesis is his mother.

So the first draft is in, it seems. Will there be more drafts?

Superman-_Batman_TV_Series.jpg
As of now (2018), except "Smallville" and "Gotham" TV series:
- The latest Superman TV series was "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman" 1993-1997 (it has been 21 years).
- The latest Batman TV series was "Batman" 1966-1968 (it has been 50 years).
How long the audience have to wait for new Superman/Batman TV series? DC Comics should make more movies for other characters instead of them, we have enough of Superman/Batman movies already, it's time for new Superman/Batman TV series.

SHH have a rival site, really?

I can't picture Krasinski as Batman.

It's from a Batman '66 exhibit he attended recently.

I was there a few months ago. Pretty ****ing great. If I ran into Reeves there I'd pin him against the giant blow up naked Marilyn Monroe photo and ask when the hell he's going to finish a first draft.

If Eh Maybe's to be believed...
