Because as of now, The Avengers think Coulson is still dead. There's no reason to put Coulson in those two films if the belief by the Avengers is that he's still dead.

I sort of wonder if Thor would have even bothered telling her of The Son of Coul. He just doesn't seem like the type to have a sit down with his Asgardian friends and tell them all of the new and exciting people he encountered. The only one of note would be Jane.

Sif's met Coulson before. Remember when the Warriors Three and Sif come down to that town to help Thor take down the Destroyer? I'm not sure if she had any verbal interactions with Coulson, but she at least knows they guy. But yea, I'm not sure how much Thor told the Asgardian folks about the Avengers, the Battle Of NY, Loki killing Coulson, etc.

well, it's intersting, to say the least. So thanks for posting. But it is highly suspect and somewhat hard to believe for several reasons (Two GOTG movies in phase 4, which is comprised almost entirely of cosmic movies... Mephisto, Dormammu, and Surtur as back to back villains... Kang and Shuma Gorath as GOTG movie villains... Midnight Sons movie... none of the Wave 1 netflix shows repeated for Wave 2, and no mention of Agent Carter or AoS... no Avengers 4).

Sorry, I was just going to list the first two reasons, but I kept going. It's most likely false, but I still love getting rumors to speculate on, even if they turn out false. So thanks again for bringing it here.

I think it's just someone's personal want list ....

The clues are in the suggested scheduling I reckon ...

Firstly I don't think it's likely that they'd put Captain America 3 and Black Panther both in the same year, and then the following year release both Doctor Strange and Thor 3 .... It would just make so much more sense to have Cap3/Doctor Strange in the same year and Black Panther/Thor 3 in the same year.

Secondly, the Netflix shows...
Whoever has compiled that list has assumed Daredevil would show early enough in 2015 for Jessica Jones to show the same year, Iron Fist and Luke Cage to follow the year after and just the Defenders miniseries (which is just described as a "show") in 2017...
... It would seem far more likely for Daredevil/Jessica Jones to be split over the 2015/16 season and Iron Fist/Luke Cage to do the same over the 2016/17 season

I think the Cap 3/BP and Thor 3/Dr. Strange pairings make sense. What doesn't make sense is the order. Thor films have tended to come prior to Cap films (May 2011 vs July 2011, and Nov 2013 vs April 2014). Also, Dr. Strange seems further along. Putting Thor 3/Dr. Strange in 2016 and Cap 3/BP in 2017 would seem more likely/believable.

That doesn't really seem believable. The Defenders (who are comprised of the street heroes from the 4 Netflix series) would be out of their league with their supposed villain there. Even the Avengers or Guardians would be. That's even worse than taking on Thanos. It's not like this is the comic Defenders made up of the likes of Dr Strange, Hulk, Namor, Surfer, Valkyrie etc - heroes who could more than challenge the Avengers in terms of power.

Actually, Mephisto was always Thanos' ***** in the comics.

But yeah, that list is complete bogus. Not only are some of the pairings wayyyyy out-of-league, but most of them are entirely out-of-canon. Not saying that it's not *possible* that there'd be some cross-seeding of villains into properties they're not traditionally associated with, but I'm saying it ain't bloody likely.

Phase 3 looks like it could be a legit list, but phase 4 doesn't really have any heavy hitters. I doubt very much that it's accurate althought I would swoon over a Moon Knight show.

Like others have said, Phase 3 looks like it could be true. It actually looks awesome to me. However that Phase 4 list seems pretty weird.

I think Phase 3 looks like it could be true because we've had so many rumors and speculation that the creator could have based it on, while phase 4 is so far away that most of that stuff is getting deep into "wish list" territory.

I hope we get too see a blue marvel movie or show or mini-series and even the sentry and the NEW mighty avengers WITHIN 10 years.

Maybe will smith for blue marvel if it's a movie.


These two superheroes are becoming more popular fast,of course the sentry has become a villain now but that may change.



I think on every comic forum i went to,it's the sentry vs that superhero or blue marvel vs that superhero and there are number of these threads and chat talk about them.


Some superheroes are just made to become well known faster than some others because of the origin,story and powers.

For a example of that just look how fast Aqualad (Kaldur'ahm) became known enough and became a leader in the young justice animated cartoon.

If they ever make an Inhumans movie, I got two "out of the box suggestions" for Crystal and Medusa.

I don't know if people are going to like the suggestions though. Since I'm not a comics guy, I don't care about race changes in the movies and this is what the two suggestions would be.

Thor told his fellow Asgardians about every crime Loki committed on Midgard when he brought his brother home to face Odin's wrath. That was clear in the prelude comic. Talking about battles fought and won is a major pastime in Asgard, from what we've seen in Thor's films. Thor does go to the pubs and regale his friends with tales of his exploits in other realms, so no doubt he spun out the sad tale of seeing Loki murder the Son of Coul right before his eyes as he stood helpless to stop it more than once.
