The Captain Marvel one is especially interesting, because I actually don't hate the type choice but the blue texture used so sparingly, showing up mainly on the left side is just so.... bizzare.
I may be way overthinking this, but I'm thinking the touch of blue maybe represents the introduction of Carol's new Kree nature.

The day that Captain Marvel forum goes up, I may shed a tear.

Captain Marvel -- the most exciting part of all this.:awesome:
I think everyone expected Black Panther but this one wasn't nailed on. So glad they've committed to it. A female heavy hitter for Avengers 3 & 4. Thor, Hulk, Ms Marvel on the front lines.

Shouldn't there theortically be another film in 2018. But now I am curious how they will set any films between the Avengers 2-parter. Also, this really does feel like the end for this group of actors. :(

Anyone else thinking Boseman is going to pop up in AoU considering he is already cast?

I don't know the character very well to be honest, I didn't know she was Kree! I'm only familiar from her in the New Avengers.
That makes sense, that logo is growing on me then. Although I do still think the blue could be implemented a little stronger throughout the whole thing. All in all though like I said, it's actually growing on me.

Mother of God...I'm so stunned...this is amazing...we are living in the golden age of geekdom.

Needless to say, this was much more satisfying than this year's SDCC.

I'm not all that keen on a Civil War spin (even with the bit about it playing differently than the books), but I'm trying to keep my Buzz Killington-ness to a minimum because this all was just too damn good.
Yeah, I wouldn't be too excited about anything Civil War, if the Russos weren't tackling it. they give me real hope.

They better translate that Black Panther concept art exactly as is into live-action.

It's ****ing perfect.

One of the best comics-to film translation I've ever seen

Black Panther will have a big role in Civil War. That is where he will first appear...and in costume.

Directly from Feige.
So it will Cap and his black friends against Tony and his black friends. No wonder they are calling it Civil War. :hehe:

WTF is up with GOTG 2's title card? it literally looks like someone scribbled a 2 and the release date on there? WTF? can someone please explain this to me..

Those guys, plus Markus/McFeely writing it, make me feel okay with Marvel using that title and story elements.

What excites me most about Civil War is that Marvel's connectiveness will be showcased outside of an Avengers film.

Maybe we could heroes popping up in each other's films more (BW was in Cap 2, of course, but through the connective tissue of SHIELD)

SO! The question now is whether RDJ's contracted involvement in Avengers 3 span both Parts, or does he bite the dust at some point in Part 1 to raise the stakes?

Hmm...

Wow. I am in shock. Talk about check mate, this is was one HELL of a press conference. Marvel laid the gauntlet ( no pun intended) DOWN. I am beside myself excited for all this.

Ms Marvel & Inhumans between the 2 Avengers films means they probably have a big role in the final film.
