Do you know that castings exists, right?

Taron Edgerton was discovered by someone years ago, Hardy too, Millie Bobbi Brown too....
Some people talk like the only actors that exist are the popular ones. But everyone on this industry, Everyone, starts as unknown somewhere and someone gives them their first chance.
And thats exactly what Marvel can do if they want the best person for the job.

It really sucks that Tom Hardy and Jon Bernthal are already snatched up in roles because they both could give us Logan.

Hope MCU Wolverine’s costume takes cues from the Marvel Strike Force game:

Hardy or Bernthal would have been amazing yeah. Hopefully they can find someone like that.

As @Gamma Goliath mentioned, I think the brown suit has a good chance.

Absolutely but that's my point. They will find the right man for the job, but that doesn't mean it'll be some perfect unknown who looks just like the character, has the voice, commitment to role, and leading man talent. And marvels leading roles tend to not be exactly what we envision save for a handful of actors who were shoe-ins for the role.

My personal opinion Milo Gibson checks off a ton if boxes, but I'm not certain he has the talent to really define it.

That brown suit is pretty cool indeed. And we'll most definitely see other suits too.

Speaking of Wolverine, I'm excited to play his upcoming game.

Now what a person needs to do to get a new X-Men game?

There's a chance that the unrevealed Amy Henning game could be Xmen. It's said to be an ensemble, and we already have avengers, guardians and midnight suns, so xmen and F4 could be it. Could also be a Defenders game.

Damn, I don't know how long we're gonna have to wait.

A gam made by Insomniac would be very interesting.

But I'd also be very happy with a Marvel fighting game with some playable mutants.

I think marvel should expand some of the fighting properties from mobile to console. But a nice tight Xmen story, in an rpg would be really cool. I don't know if I'd go straight to insomniac as great as they are, I'm sure there's a good Dev team out there who could knock it out of the park.

if Feige and execs had the balls to search and choose an actor that actually gives those vibes, it would be f**** awesome. But Im afraid no studio has the balls to go for it for real

Marvel loves their pretty, funny and charming boys that can conquer the audience on all the press tours and late night shows. I get it, but its sad. They could easily get an amazing actor that becomes Wolverine almost straight from the comics if wanted.

I mean, the X-Men already have hoooot characters like Cyclops, Gambit, Angel and co. Its not like Marvel needs to change Wolverine's vibe to have an appealing cast. Storm, Jean, Cyclops, Rogue, Gambit, Angel, Psylocke and co. arent enough for them to sell the property or what?

i'm a bit perplexed by this post. by all accounts, marvel is lauded for all their castings. they get it so right that you can't picture any other actor playing alot of their roles.

Scott Eastwood will forever be my top choice to play Logan.

I always did prefer the brown over the blue and gold. The all black Ultimate was the best, though. :)

I've only seen Scott Eastwood in a couple things - I believe one of those was a Nicholas Sparks adaptation - but aside from a superficial resemblance, nothing about him really screams Wolverine to me. Now his dad, Clint, would have made an incredible Wolverine back in the day. If only he were just a bit shorter...

Logan needs a feral, bestial, viscous aspect to work properly. Even Jackman, as good as he was, was just a tad too 'safe' for my tastes. We need an actor who can undeniably convey rage and violence in order to really embody the role.

That's why I keep advocating hard for Jack O'Connell. I know some folks are concerned that he's a bit too handsome for the part, but to me he ticks off all the right boxes. Right height, right physique, proven acting chops, and the ability to convincingly convey brutality, explosive rage, and shocking violence. Just 'ugly' him up a bit and he's perfect...

As a 90's kid I never cared for the Brown suit, I was blue and gold all the way
tbh I can't think of any heroes who look good in brown (Not counting trench coats, obv :cwink:)

But imo the best was his Black and Silver X-Force suit, felt more practical in coloring but still had the mask and those badass red eyes
