In Batman Begins we had Carmine Falcone, The Dark Knight, Maroni, Gamble and the czech guy.

What Mob Boss would you want in the next film?

Lew Moxon?
Sofia Gigante?
the Maroni Brothers?
Alberto Falcone? (I know not a Mob Boss but still involved)
Mob Bosses from War Games?
Rupert Thorne?

Rupert Thorne could work; possibly the Maroni brothers.

I wonder if tehy'd ever do Holiday tho... uno have Alberto Falcone come hoem to Gotham after being deported to Italy to find that his father's empire has been taken by freaks like Black Mask and the Ventriliquist, some of his father's old associates and creates the Holiday killer to kill these associates that abandoned the old ways for the freaks.

I agree, or maybe, if they set the timeline a few years after TDK, we can see the lunatics take over the underworld completely

I really want to see Rupert Thorne. He was the only mob boss I knew for a long time, via the Animated Series. I think he would be good to have as a lot of 20-30 years old will remember him the same way.

I'd also like to see Detective Montoya in the next film.

Id love to see Sofia for some reason, it would be a nice chance to have a big female brawn than male brawn.

id liek to see her in a wheelchair she's strong yet vulnerable

Albeerto Falcone taking over the family business a la Michael Corleone

yeah Alberto always did have the Micheal Corleane feel to him

i was hoping that they would use the Penguin as the falcone/maroni role and let the riddler or whoever be like the joker and two face roles. they pretty much killed off all the big normal mob guys in dark knight. it needs to move onto the freak mob guys coming in. although rupert thorne played by brian cox would be sick. sofia would be to hard to cast cause of her size and i know somewhere in the wbs wings theres some jackass going "well why not change it so michael clarke duncan can do it cause hes big and scary":whatever:. this same guy brings up the same point for bane as well.

After the poster [with the too difficult nickname to post] suggested Brian Cox as Rupert Thorne, I have to choose him.

I posted this in another forum, I am new here, but this is what I said about the Penguin and Rupert Thorne. Tell me what you think . . .

The Penguin could also fit very well into this new, more modern age. He could be an English arms dealer, named Oswald Cobblepot, who realizes that Gotham’s government is falling (due to the recent hacks by the Riddler) and begins providing for the arising mob. He supplies to various families, such as the Falcone and Thorne families. He does not have to be shown much, but make him a threat because of what he deals out to the mob. Give him a role about the length of Detective Flass in Batman Begins, although, make him a bit more sinister.

Actor I prefer/recommend-Alfred Molina (I doubt he would consider playing another villain after Doctor Octopus, but he is still my main choice)

Rupert Thorne could have a role about the same length of time Salvatore Maroni or Carmine Falcone had. A short, but substantial role. Show Thorne as taking total control over the mob. He is in deals with Cobblepot/The Penguin and the Riddler and make it as if he has a desire to control Gotham, and with Gotham’s major systems failing, including the main Government, he nearly succeeds. This way, Gotham reverts back to being ‘controlled by criminality’ making a desire for the Batman to return and redeem himself.

Actor I prefer/recommend-Brain Cox (I read somewhere else that someone recommended him and I agree)

I personally think we are mostly done with the mob. Maybe a few mentions, but its time for "a new, better class of criminals" to take the helm. I'd rather see a large collection of complete psychos who listen to no one rather then the various criminal gangs again.

Well, there sould definitely be more freaks in BB3. Joker's line "Maybe we should share the padded cell, at the rate the people of Gotham are losing their minds (or something like that)" definitely meant something and was not there just to be said.

The mob will always be in Gotham City. No matter what. Criminality should double up from the second one into the third, but the mob will always be present in Gotham City, no matter what.

I'd like to see Maroni return, actually, in addition to other mobsters. In the third movie, I think it would be interesting if we start to see the beginning of a war between the freaks and the mob.

A war would be interesting, but not needed. And personally, I believe that Maroni is dead.

The Black Mask running the mob would be overdoing it a bit, in my opinion. I think that Rupert Thorne will do fine as running the mob. Read what I wrote above.

Alberto Falcone, Sofia Gigante and possibly Carmine Falcone returning.

Oswald Cobblepot
Arnold Wesker (Seen but has no lines, just a creepy cameo to show the exapnsion of the mob)
Remenants of the Gotham Mafia
Gotham Biker gang (Whom the Riddler tries to involve in his plans)
