So what's happening with this? Last I heard it was supposed to start in May...it is now almost July. I've done digging everywhere I can think and there is zero talk about this anymore If I find out I can't have my MK I'm gonna freak out.

yeah, seriously. the trailer premiered in February and still nothing. i got a feeling though that there will be some sort of announcement at Comic Con. perhaps announce the premiere date, screen the 1st episode of the new season, and perhaps maybe even an update on the movie.

About the only thing I didn't hate was Cary Tagawa

also, seems there will also be a 3rd season. no word yet on when season 2 will exactly premier but all signs point to September

not a fan of the new Sub-Zero & Scorpion suits. they should have re-used the ones from last season.

still though, definitely looking forward to it

Scorpion's suit is pretty much the one from last Season. They just changed details. Like the mask being yellow for example.

Is it just me or did anyone else think that the fight felt a bit flimsy? Like it's missing some impact, it seemed too obvious that they were pulling their punches.

In season one it was hinted that they knew each other personally, but their exact relationship was never mentioned. Almost like a Wolvy/ Sabretooth thing.

Yeah I took it as they knew each other as rivals, but not as childhood friends (which I'm getting from this).

Yeah, same. I think it's just weird. If they were apparently old childhood friends, you'd think Scorpion would have made more of a fuzz in Season 1, and asked Sub-Zero why he's doing this. You'd think he'd find it strange that Sub-Zero suddenly acts completely like an ***hole. Seems like an unnecessary change.

Looks cool. I wish they would use a bit more of the games vibe...and the energy of the first film. MK should get your adrenaline going.
