Hmmm not really sure. He was already well on his way to stardom by the time ML2 rolled around. Who wants to do a watered-down baseball sequel after New Jack City, Passenger 57 and Demolition Man? That said money might have been a factor as well.

This reminds me that I don't yet have the Wild Thing edition of Major League.

ML2 came out after Snipes had done Passenger 57, Rising Sun, and Demolition Man. So I would say it was problay a combination of money, watered down tone for ML2 and unless his part would have been bigger than Osar Epps' Willie Mays Hayes I would say the roles involvment might have been smaller than Snipes wanted it to be.

I just found out that the Wild Thing Edition of ML has an alternate ending dealing with why Rachel Phelp had the team put together the way it was and her reasons for wanting to move the team. I'm probaly gonna buy the Blu Ray now just to see this scene. I've wanted to get ML for a while but never felt the need untill I found out about this.

Yeah I want to see that alternate ending. I thought it was pretty cool when I heard about it but apparently test audiences hated it so they changed it.

There is supposedly a lot of other cut material that I keep hoping will find it's way onto a new dvd edition sometime. I remember seeing a trailer once that iirc showed a brief clip of Lynne walking in on Jake and the stewardess he had the one night stand with. Can't understand why they didn't put more of that stuff on there.

It's one of my favorite movies but the extras on the dvds so far have been underwhelming. Hoping for a loaded 2 disc Ultimate Edition someday.

"In Predator,The Predator blasts the black guy's head and it blows up or part of the head does!..Soon after the camera shows the guys face and only has some blood stains on his head..WTF??????"

Is it just a big continuation error or something with Predator's gun??

Just realised three things: 1. The lead character Sarah is Lisbon on The Mentalist, 2. The villain is the little girl from Return to Oz all grown up, and 3. The theme tune for Charmed starts playing in the middle of it

i like The Craft. i think its similar to Chronicle. 3-4 friends discover powers. one becomes a villain who has problems with her parents.
