This has always been one of my favourite pieces, it's a redo of an older piece but I still like the idea

I'm starting to work on one with a mother, she's pregnant but you'll be able to see the baby developing inside her.

Not sure if I'm going to colour it yet or not.

A story I was going to do with Jugs and Hulk (the Banner/Hulk merged - the smart one) about ready to go at it in las vegas on the strip.

News report goes on about these to Giants getting ready to fight the Strip has been evacuated to accomodate what was going to happen, bets are being placed.

Meanwhile Juggernaut and Hulk are facing each other

Hulk: I'm super strong.

Juggernaut: Me too, I'm Invulnerable, nothing can stop me

Hulk: Me too, so

Juggernaut: Yeah so?

Hulk: Seems to me we would just be causing massive amounts of destruction for absolutely no reason.

Juggernaut: *SIgh* Yeah

Hulk: Well, what do we do

Birds Eye View: The two of them standing there, they suddenly turn around and walk away.

I like your pencil style, I think mine is similar except your muscle-tones are more of the less is more style which I have a hard time with. HULK is my favorite character so when I do him (or Juggs), as you know, I try to give every muscle its own identity (if that makes any sense). Oh and I suck at backgrounds...

thanks Hulkfish. yeah I'm definitely going to try and work on the sequentials for this when I have time.

I'm very much a less is more kinda guy. Your work kind of reminds me Bart Sears school of thought.

Here's a roughing to one I'm planning to colour and ink. Hope you can see it well enough there's quite a bit of detail in the dragon and I think it might be a bit hard to read.

It's a scanned drawing. I always work large than final size, so the actual art is about twice the size, when you reduce it it helps clean things up. I also adjust the levels in photoshop so the darks and whites come out cleaner. Apart from that I don't do any touch ups to the inked work.

No I should say I photocopy the original down which helps tighten the inking. Then when I scan I usually scan at larger than final print size. Either 200% or 150% depending on what the final size will be. Again this means that when it's coloured or printed it will look cleaner at the final size.

you have some really cool stuff here dude. i'm not really feelin' the sharp, blocky style of most of your work...but you've got a solid grasp on anatomy and your poses are ace. i look forward to seeing more of your stuff!
