Mutant Massacre hints in X3.

The horsemen would appear in X5. Just give Arclight a slightly larger role in the MM so we can get to "know" her, then make her a horseman along Archangel and 2 other ****es.

I don't think Arclight would make that good of a Horseman. I think they could just use the other original three members that went with Archangel. Plague, who became the first Pestilence, was actually a Morlock who got pulled out of the Massacre by Apocalypse.

Well Gambit didnt actualy do any killing,and it would be hard to make his character redeemable if he did.

I'd have Gambit be the one to go and tell the X-Men about the massacre instead of maybe a random Morlock.

Some things I noticed that could easily be brought to the films:

Storm orders a retreat, but she asks Wolverine to hunt down one of the Marauders for questioning.

Storm still a leader, which would attract Halle back.

In the midst of the Massacre, Plague gets an offer from Apocalypse to join his Horsemen. She accepts and is teleported away to safety.

Another Apocalypse set up besides with Angel.

With Nightcrawler, Shadowcat and Colossus recovering from their injuries the line-up of the X-Men is drastically changed. Psylocke joined already during the crossover and the missing spots would soon be filled with Longshot, Havok and Dazzler.

Characters don't neccessarily have to leave, or they can change them to other characters leaving for actors who might want to leave, and would give reason for Psylocke to join the team, should she not join them at the end of X3 and stays with the Morlocks until this.

I really dont think Psylocke and Dazzler and Longshot would be necessary for the Massacre storyline. The only new characters they would need to bring in are Sinister, Gambit, and the rest of the Morlocks and Marauders. Maybe Havoc to tie in with the Cyke-Sinister storyline that would undoubtedly have to play out (and another reason why Cyke must survive X3), although if Sinister returned in X5 they could do the storyline there.

I didn't say Longshot or Dazzler had to come in, but they could easily expand on Psylocke with this since she's already in X3.

I dont think Apocalypse would work well in a film without being drastically changed,and it might take away from the film to have some character in the shadows taking mutants away.

The Four Horsemen should be Archangel Abyss Wolverine(If his adamantium is removed) and Sunfire. Other mutants could be Sugarman Holocaust.

No Wolverine in X4. I don't want a recast. Abyss may be to crazy or CGI to put on screen. It should be Archangel, Caliban, Stryfe, and maybe Holocaust.

I think the 4 horsemen should be:
1. Archangel-Death (the one we all love)
2. Arclight-War (to have someone we kinda know)
3. Plague-Pestilence (to have a Morlock after the MM)
4. Proteus-Famine (to continue the Moira arc)

No it wouldnt.It invalidates Scotts relationship with Jean.and Emma doesnt need to be in a relationship to be introduced.

I agree. Emma doesn't need to be with Scott for her to be introduced. i was thinking Jean loses her telepathy at the end of X3 from fighting her "phoenix" persona. and Emma is brought in to the mansion to teach and to serve as the telepath for the x-men. that way she will be the only one capable of using cerebro....

You do realize Stryfe is Cable's clone from an alternate future?

I think Famke would be willing to return since she's not really that busy these days outside of the X-flicks, plus she hasnt said she would be opposed to more sequels, whereas Hugh and Halle have.

Patrick and Ian are fairly busy but it wont be a problem if they dont return since its likely Xavier and Mags will die in X3. I can definitely see Famke, Anna, Shawn, and especially Marsden returning. And then Kelsey and Foster are already signed for sequels, probably Ellen too. And right there you got a whole roster, and Wolverine can easily be replaced by Gambit as far as popularity is concerned.
