Naruto - Part 1

So y'all mean to tell me that Sakura still loves Sasuke whom has not only turned her down numerous times but has even tried to kill her?....Really

Has Sasuke even made a heel/face turn to atleast justify this?

He apparently wants to become Hokage after learning what it means to be a Shinobi from the 4 previous Kage. I'd say he's more of a 'tweener' at this point but he'll go on feel heel again before the series is over.

Sasuke needs a damn therapist...does he even like girls? Lol

I think she talked about her always loving and following Sasuke till the end of times.

Kishimoto's never been very good at writing women...

Sasuke's too cool to like girls. His brother probably killed his oun girlfriend too if i remember correctly when he wiped out the entire Uchiha clan, but he went out of his way to let his younger brother live.

This type of "love" worked in Code Geass when Shirley still loved Lelouche "The *****e" Lamperouge even after finding out about his true colors but with Sakura it just seems like she confuses infatuation with love.....Hell she needs therapy too at this point haha

I think there was a visible decline soon after the timeskip, probably after the first arc, with Sai being when it got kinda boring, then what followed was a bunch of good ideas that were badly executed, as the Akatsuki became less and less interesting, until a twist that completely blew Pain's hype, for me the worst offender was the children of prophecy stuff, completely clashed with my favorite themes in Part I.

But the past 3 years have truly been worse than usual, i wonder what Kishi was thinking, if he was trying to top Marineford with his Shinobi war arc, then he just shot himself in the foot, the latest reveal about who's behing this all has just made it more disapointing.
This sums up how I feel about the series pretty well

I hope after this war ends he takes a break. Maybe a year or so and starts up a part 3 with all of them older. I feel like either that will happen or the end will be Sasuke and Naruto about to fight and we'll never find out who is actually the strongest.

I swear, if the series ends up introducing yet another villain for Naruto to fight after he defeats the Sage's Mother, with it being said that this new villain was the mastermind behind the mastermind (Sage's Mother) behind the Mastermind (Madara) behind the Mastermind (Obito), someone should really hit the author on the head very hard.

My god, I'm only still reading this because I just want to see it end already. It's like the old Yellow situation where because you grew up with fond memories of it (with "it" being the Naruto franchise in this case) only for it to become so ridiculously bad..you just want to see it end right away.

I don't care about wanting to see Naruto take on Sasuke anymore or whatnot...the Author has long since lost his welcome with me (and a lot of fans) with this never ending battle.

Turns out Kakakhi was behind it all. Dun dun dun!!!

And then when Naruto defeats Kakashi in a "Revenge of the Sith" parody showoff, Kakashi will then reveal that all of this was actually planned by his father, who faked his suicide and death.

A sign of the times when the scenario we just created wouldn't surprise me if it came into fruition. :funny:

That's just exactly how I've been feeling about this for a long time. It's like I said before - authors must know when to end something. Do it before it lose its quality. The best way to do it is after the series reaches its climax with a nice conclusion and has the fans wanting more.

And this Kaguya was just a bad villain. So uninteresting and had Black Zetsu bossing her around all the time. Barely any fighting skills, just power.

Kishi should've ended the war when the Alliance defeated Obito, when Naruto and Sasuke made the Susano'o + Bijuu/Sage Mode combination to take him down and had everyone out pulling the bijuus out of him. That was a great way to end the battle because everyone was part of it. What came after that (save Gai's 8 gates) wasn't really interesting and just helped to drag a long, looong second day of war.

Please, pleeease...let this fight be over.

Sigh..as I had feared, Kishi found yet ANOTHER way to stall things. Looks like we're in for another year's worth of chapters covering the same batle.

Jeez. Wouldn't be surprised if Kubo tries to do the same with Bleach but to be honest I'm not sure if Shueshia will even allow that with the utter crap rankings that Bleach has been doing as of lately.

At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if sasuke and Naruto team up again after this when Orochimaru reveals his master grand plan.lol

The war shouldn't have even been like this, the dragging with the "real villain" was just another terrible twist. In least it seems like Sasuke's decisions had some kind of point instead of him being "magically redeemed"

Kubo's been doing this same thing for years actualy, the past year has been dedicated to boring long fights nobody realy cares about.

I'm actually looking forward to this finally. That chick they just fought felt filler to me. We all knew what was going to happen with that. I'm not sure how this will end though.

Well, i guess it has gotten more entertaining now, but i wouldn't exactly say that what's happening right now is "good", but it's just been worse for a few months now. By the way, anyone saw the teaser for the next film?

The manga will probably end right before the film is released.

Well, we know that Naruto survives, since we have his older version in the Last movie. Nothing about Sasuke so far, but I guess there is a chance that he'll die.

I'll be honest. I just wanted this to end after Kaguya because Kishi said on some ocasions that the last fight of the manga would be between Naruto and Sasuke, and since the Uchiha isn't the crazy psycho he was before he fought Kabuto with Itachi and doesn't want to destroy Konoha anymore, I figured what's the point?

But then, Sasuke comes with a legit reason to create conflict between him and Naruto and it's not because he wants the Hokage's hat. There is no way Naruto will let Sasuke kill the five Kage and destroy/seize all the bijuu to do things his way. I didn't care for any battle after Obito's, but this is a one vs one between the two greatest rivals of this story with a legitimate reason on both sides and it's what Kishi had promised. Now that it has come to this, I can't help but to feel kinda excited for this. No one is going to get in the way in what can be a battle to the death and, hopefully, a more grounded battle than the last one.

To this point, I am glad that they depowered Kakashi right before this big fight.

Naruto vs Sasuke is the most fitting final fight, it's just a shame that Sasuke's arc has been all over the place, i actualy wish Kishimoto had made a Part III focusing on Sasuke becoming the main villain, the same way Part I had Orochimaru and II had the Akatsuki.

Agreed; we should have gotten a smaller time-skip after the war, with the war concluding after Obito was defeated and redeemed.

Part 3 should have focused, like you said, on having an older sasuke becoming the main villain, gathering forces and allies on his side.

Honestly, Kishi made a huge ass mistake in placing this long anticipated rematch between Naruto and Sasuke after having spent so many grueling and unnecessary chapters on having them fight against Madara and the sage's mother.

To be honest, i'm not sure we should have even seen the war as it is right now, i feel like the Sai arc was when things started to shake, then Hidan arc came and the Akatsuki started looking weaker than originaly. I know Naruto's generation was good, but the Akatsuki were hyped as these all powerful ninjas capable of beating a Kage, then 16 year olds were able to take down one of them alone.

The power scale has gotten realy unbalanced in Part II, the characters should have kept on growing as characters, not just in power. All these twists and turns haven't helped, Tobi suddenly being the real from the Akatsuki took away much of the hype around Pain for example.

I'm so tired of Sasuke's ********. End his ass Naruto along with this prolonged manga.

there fight are being passed from generation through generations and they can't stop it... I wonder what naruto would do...
