ominous...

Based on the position of the characters in this shot, it seems as if the Ali Larter character and the Leonard Roberts character may have been a couple, and their child is the Noah Gray-Cabey character (who appears to be of mixed heritage).

If so, will he be a second generation 'hero' with two 'hero' parents?

That's a strong possibility, and a good observation.

This is by far the pilot I am MOST interested in. Looks like a very realistic interpretation of supereroes.

I have to agree.

Hey I have lifted a tractor, and have pushed a car out of a sandy riverbed by myself, will my super strength make it in there? I have also carried things like sleeper sofas and washer and dryers on my shoulder, and have lifted refrigerators into semi trucks by myself. but the one thing I have done is I lifted 1,100 lbs by myself, but that was when I was extremely scared that my father was going to get trapped under the beam! just heard about things like that happening when you get scared, probably would never be able to lift that much again(in fact I'm sure of it), not to mention I now have a bad back because of my stupidity.
Never try those things at home boys and girls!!!

Hayden Panettiere has gotten hot since remeber the titans.I'm looking forward to this show a great deal hopefully it will be good.

I hope this turns out huge and one of the best series on TV for the next 10 years. lol ( I'M SICK OF REALITY SHOWS!)

I'll be watching!!!

This series looks really interesting. Hopefully it takes a few cues from Lost and the Rising Stars comic.

Someone needs to get TiVo. Or at the very least, a vcr.

wow, two great suggestions. one is going to be obsolete in a few years and the other is already so. thanks anyway but i'm not that excited about this show that i'm gonna go out of my way to watch it.

Suit yourself. I was just trying to offer alternatives that would all you to watch and get excited over something other than wrestling. Shame on me. :o

your logic makes no sense. any computer you buy nowadays can become obsolete in less than "a few years". same goes for videogames. "a few years" is a lot longer than what you may be imagining. the price of a TiVo would be more than worth it.

you're just being cheap. admit it.

Doesn't this kind of remind you of that DC book that got cancelled called "H.E.R.O.??? Ordinary people got powers from that dial.....

Back to Heroes

Did anyone here (besides me) flash to JMS's Rising Stars after reading the blurb?
Very first thing I thought of! Can't believe JMS isn't filing a lawsuit over someone stealing his idea!

That black guy was on Buffy.

Yep...and he also played one of the Kryptonian villains in Smallville's Season 5 premiere episode.

Oh, and I am SO looking forward to this show. Definitely a good time to be a superhero fan. :D

Cool, "misfts of science" for this generation. :)

Lost didn't invent three dimensional characters stuck in a dramatic situation. Although it did make the concept look very very cool.

I'm looking forward to this. I have been following the developement of this idea and I hope the pilot gets high ratings. Just please don't let it start like Lost but end like Roswell. :(

Yeah. I hope he isn't on too much. He is REALLY bad at acting from what I have seen of him on My Wife and Kids. Reallllly bad.
I've seen him act on CSI.He was alright.

This has a lot of potential. Sounds good so far. Reminds me of Charmed (with Shannen Doherty, not the last few years. Where it was very much a drama about regular people living their lives and they have special powers. Now Charmed is horrible but this sounds decent. I'll tune in. Fairly decent cast as well.
When is the last time you watched Charmed???

I'm not sure so sure about this show... there's just something I think might end up screwing it over... like they never act like 'Heroes' or some such :o

The only thing I hate about it is the title. It presumes to much. Although the alternative would be what...
"Superpowers"? :)
