X-23 isn't going anywhere. She's already on board, and plays a big role in the movie now. Infact most of the reshoots are being done to accommodate her addition.

I don't know exactly why ATJ apparently won't be returning. The rumor is that it's due to some personal issues that occurred bts between some of the cast at the hotel during filming. I should probably just leave it at that.

Plans for Colossus have been scrapped due to the belief that ATJ will not be returning in any capacity beyond some brief reshoots. Sucks.

Damn, that makes a lot of sense. I thought it was weird how ATJ started following the cast right away on IG, but then started spending every weekend in NYC with her boyfriend. Then she stopped following Blu Hunt and Maisie Williams in the middle of filming. Her boyfriend also stopped following Blu and Maisie, But continues to follow Henry. Charlie also started spending weekends with his girlfriend Natalia Dyer in NYC (where she lives) and Ollie Jackson, Maisie’s boyfriend, pretty much lived with her throughout the duration of filming. I thought it was odd how Anya randomly started following Maisie and Blu back in January.

She should be under contract, with a 3 movies deal, so I highly doubt she told Fox "Im not doing another one" so Fox and producers change a script just because of that, lol. That doesnt sound too believeable. And Colossus being in this or not has no effect on the sequels. They dont have to use Colossus in the next one, so cutting him because of Anya.... well, doesnt make any sense either.

Sorry, but Im not believing this one.

They are adding her to salvage the film and make it more sellable, not eXactly to connect it to Logan. And the thing is it they could have thought about it and added her to the script before the cameras started recording. What a mess.

I don't like the idea of Anya Taylor Johnson leaving because sequels were possibly cancelled. Is marvel starting x-men from scratch? I'm still confused about what was settled on.

line, then it could be far enough removed that mutants are just considered this one blip in history that the world considers long gone. Kind of like the Jedi by the time of A New Hope, everyone knows about them and that they exist, its just they're this Cold War thing.
