I don't think he can even wear the BB suit with the Bat-Pod. The new suit was also specifically made for the Bat-Pod so i don't think we'll see BB suit riding it.

if you look closely, you can see that it is indeed the new suit. His right arm if you look closely is definitely the new suit.

I think its just the angle. Theres probably lights on downtown so thats why it looks day time. Its probably close to night in that pic
