Has this already been posted?
A source close to the The Dark Knight told us this morning that the film remains in-tact and nothing of Ledgers will be cut from the movie, including the body-bag scene. I KNOW for a fact that that scene is in the film. I also know that WB has made no such mandate and that Chris [Nolan] is honest when saying that he will not change what was intended with The Joker.

Good, Im sure Heath and his whole family (the only people who would really be offended) would want it that way.Has this already been posted?

Jett @ BOF said:Worried about those rumors that some of Heath Ledger's scenes as The Joker may be cut? Well DON'T BE. There is NOTHING to worry about -- and you can quote me on that.![]()
Not entirely correct. Don't forget Gilliam's film.
Last i heard they werent doing that, or were re-casting at least.
Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell have agreed to complete Heath Ledger's role. The film's fantasy premise, and some clever rewrites, will let the actors play a man whose appearance changes as he travels between imaginary worlds.
They still are actually. Technically it's his last movie role.
There has not been ONE single test screening. All of this speculation is rooted in a huge lie and is baseless. Yes, the scene exists. Somebody that knew about it spun it into a ******** review and now all of this nonsense keeps spinning in all directions.
But take it back to the base fact that it HAS NOT BEEN TEST SCREENED IN FRONT OF AN AUDIENCE, and hence, such reactions to the scene that would have prompted the response that all of these articles insinuate (cutting the scene) did not occur and yes it will not be cut.
As much as I love The Joker, I really hope it's more Batman's movie.![]()
