Personally I don't like cunning stunts idea for Robin. sorry. I want Batman to know Dick/Jason whatever they name him before he's an adult, so he can be like a father figure to him.
Bruce is going for a drive through the ghetto when he discovers young teenage Dick, somewhere around the age of 16, beating the crap out of three punks at once. Anyways Bruce gets to know the kid and it is revealed that Dick did work in the circus as an acrobat. His parents were killed and he went into a foster care home, but ran away. He's a troubled youth needing guidance and a place to live as well.
He could already have previously studied martial arts as well. Bruce adopts the kid, who willingly accepts. Have it look kind of shallow on Dick's part though. He's only doing it for the dough.
have all kinds of complications in their relationship. Dick is a young troubled youth who acts out, talks back and is constantly getting into trouble.
Bruce starts training him in the arts, and he's rough on him. Really hard on him. A little too hard for comfort even. Alfred might even have to step in.
Needless to say have their relationship grow and improve gradually. He shouldn't even be Robin in this movie. At the end of the movie have Alfred mention to Bruce that he could probably use some assistance with his nightly activities. Don't let Dick hear it though.
But if Dick is around 16 in this movie, than in part four which takes place years later you could start out the movie with him already being Robin, or maybe call him nightwing. Although I think he should die in that movie. It sucks that Heath is dead because that would be the perfect movie for his return. He killed Rachel and then he kills Robin.
