Nolan is really super mad that JLA is being made!

He have a right to be very angry at Warner Bros for having JL movie to make. I'm very angry at them, too. So screw JL movie!

Christopher Nolan and his Batman films, FTW.

who here thinks JLA Movie is a good idea? i think im the only one.

i think its a good idea, i cant wait to see the movie

I am. Only morons believe that there can only be one movie with Batman in it at a time.

Im really happy they decided to make JLA. I could care less what some crybaby fanboys think.

If you guys think it's a great idea, then there will be no Superman: Man of Steel and Batman III. They won't even gonna be make at all.

Those projects are totally unrelated. Their development has nothing to do with JLA. The only connection between these movies is a figment of overactive fanboy imaginations.

I"m sorry, I can't understand what you are trying to say. They wont make the films? What is are argument for that? I mean, I am having enough problems trying to understand what your stance is, but WHY?

The only thing that pisses me off is that it won't be Bale and Routh in the JL movie. If what Nolan says is true, and I'm inclined to believe him, than the rumor of Bale (and eventually, Routh) not being in the JL movie because Nolan was opposed to it, is officially debunked.

Agreed. Bale and Routh should be in this movie. Particularly Bale, who else are they going to cast in the role that could be as convincing as him? No one. and no...Michael Keaton is not going to reprise the role.

Bale really isn't the only actor who can play Batman.

Agreed. Wentworth Miller or David Boreanaz would both be great for the role. Just because Bale did it well doesn't mean that he is the end all. We should always be in search for improvement.

I love that the mouth moves just like my avatar. That's great.

This idea that Nolan is mad or annoyed that JLA is being made can be pretty much laid to rest now.

IGN: Are you concerned at all about the Justice League of America movie and of a new Batman being introduced to audiences while your franchise is still going?

Nolan: Not really. To be perfectly honest, it's not really something I've thought about much. I really am just immersed in making this movie. Whatever will happen will happen, and we're just working very hard to make this movie the best it can be.

Don't think he's mad, but rather than shocked. If he is though, it wouldn't suprise me. JLA and Nolan's BatMan are completely two different things, and kinda agree with him; BatMan should be on his own or at least with one of his sidekicks like Nightwing or Batgirl. Having Batman in JLA really isn't reallistic IMO; what can I say, I got use to Nolan's BatMan real quick.:woot:

Hmmmm....its not realistic?

Its a movie where one character could fly and burn things with heat vision, another can run around the world in about 7 seconds, one deflect bullets with her bracelets, and another is a billionaire that fights crime dressed as a bat. I wonder how much of a concern "realism" is.

The bottom line is they arent just making this movie out of thin air. They are taking it from comic books, just like Nolan did with his Batman series. Its a completely different comic, and they have every right to do it right. Nobody is gonna watch it and say "Hey where is Morgan Freeman? Why isnt he giving Batman gadgets???"

Would you seriously rather have them make a Justice League movie and leave out one of the main and founding characters??? Thats ludicrous!

It's going to confuse your average movie goer thats for sure...I mean some people still think that Batman Begins is a prequel.

Well we don't care about those guys. It isn't our fault if they can't figure it out.

I refer you to...

And I have yet to meet one of these easily-confused moviegoers.

Well maybe then its just the people at my movie theater. They did start complaining when they realized Borat wasn't a documentary on the middle east(old people) and I once got a complaint from someone who said that one of the workers spoiled The Passion for them.

How can The Passion be spoiled

Well, I would take confused old people over the loud mouth idiots who think they are funny that go to the theatres in my city, anyday!
They honestly thought BB was a comedy... morons.

People are idiots. It's a fact. But not everyone is as dim as suggested above.

There is no value in trying to always cater for the lowest common denominator ... that's how you get Batman and Robin (the film).

If most people can watch Smallville and Superman Returns without their heads explosing ("Where the hell is Lana and Chloe?!?!?!?!"), I think they can handle The Dark Knight and Justice League in the same year.

On the above supposition, TDK's use of the Joker will flip everyone out because it isn't Jack Nicholson and will (presumably) have a new origin for the Joker ... not to mention the fact that Batman Begins already established that the Joker wasn't responsible for the murder of Bruce Wayne's parents. OMG!

Batman Begins didn't establish that the Joker killd the Waynes. That was Batman '89.
