Hulk looks like he’s not in his full transformation. Might have something to do with him struggling to Hulk out in IW.

Widow’s hair and outfit look great though I wish her gauntlets were more like Winter Soldier and less like AoU.

3 hours without intermission is fine. As much as I'd want to refill my cherry vanilla coke (which I'd have finished during the trailers) I can go without it. An intermission would hurt the flow of the experience for me.
I had to go soooo damn badly during Homecoming that I missed the car scene between Vulture and Peter. I didn't know about that scene until I saw the blu-ray.

Dang. You missed the only good scene in that film.

i would love a 10 min intermission, since in that time i can have "intimate relation" in the bathroom with the girls i go

I haven't been to a theater that had intermissions since I was a kid. Back then, many theaters in the city (Washington, DC) played double and triple features on Saturdays. Scores of moms would drop their kids off with money for tickets and snacks so that they could go shopping or get their hair done kid-free. The ushers would shoo us out between Bambi and Dracula, Prince of Darkness* so that they could muck the place out while we peed or played tag in the lobby. Imagine seeing three feature films and a bunch of Warner Bros. cartoons for a buck or two. Ah, the good old days. :awesome:

What part of the world are you in, if you don't mind me asking?

* Bambi scared me so bad that my sister couldn't get me to come from under my seat until it was over. During Dracula, I sang the Batman '66 theme with all the other kids when Christopher Lee spread his cape and had the time of my life. Go figure. :D:
This sounds amazing. I want to do it right now.

I definitely think they'll save all the snap victims for the last act. And I hope they do as well. Let's get a more focused movie on the characters we might not have as much anymore.

I think Spiderman, Doctor Strange, and Black Panther will get about 4-6 minutes in the third act, because they have solo movies. The rest of the dusted will have non-speaking cameos.

A-listers Boseman, Holland, and Cumberbatch were on set a fair while, and definitely have important scenes as they are popular solo movie characters, whereas B-listers Evangeline Lilly, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Anthony Mackie, and Sebastian Stan only filmed for a few days, with Stan not even sure if he is in the movie.

Guardians of the Galaxy will also be very limited to cameos as the Russo's can't do anything that would box in the incoming GotG3 director. Guardians scenes may have been cut to add more Black Panther scenes.

Almost certainly final MCU movie appearances of:
RDJ, Evans, Renner, Bettany, Olsen, Mackie, Stan, Paltrow

Possible Final MCU movie appearances:
Hemsworth, Bautista, Saldana, Gillan, Ruffalo, Rudd, Lilly, Douglas, Pffeifer

Avengers Team Post Endgame:
Captain Marvel
Black Widow
Black Panther
Doctor Strange
Spiderman
Antman
Shiang Chi

How would you explain Antman is still in the MCU but Wasp is done?
Also I doubt Russos builded up there A-character Bucky in Winter Soldier and Civil War and now, he has no appereance.

Where'd you get this from? Lilly (Wasp) has said in several interviews that she's filmed for, and is in Avengers 4. [they] weren't in the IW due to wanting to focus on Ant Man & the Wasp solo film.

I can’t see that many characters bowing out after Endgame.

That sounds awful and annoying. A theater shouldnt be placing arbitrary breaks in films. Especially when a film isnt made with one and the director didnt want an intermission.
Eh, it isn't that big of a deal. Are you saying that you never pause movies when you watch them at home? :hehe:

You adjusted because that is what you are used to. For those who did not have the background it is annoying.

It reminds me that when Star Trek first came out on home video you would watch without commercials and it felt off because it was produced with commercial breaks in mind. The screenplay went to a high point that demanded a break and when you powered through you were sitting wondering why I am getting a recap right here.

For the directors to plan on a stop and resume point is optimal if there is a break. Having a theatre chain or a standard video tape length or disc capacity to just determine a break at any point not related to the dramatic presentation is the worst of all worlds.

I am fairly sure that the Russos would decide on when the breaking point for the intermission would be, and thus be able to edit it in such a way that it works.

It's just a short break... not enough to ruin the movie. Now the dubbing, on the other hand... yeah, that does bother me a lot. Jokes are often changed or delivered in a way that makes them less funny, and sometimes the choice of voice actors is questionable.

For example, T'Challa's italian voice actor is the same guy who famously dubbed Merry from LotR and that's all I hear every time T'Challa speaks. :hehe: It makes him sound like a young boy with a lisp (the voice actor has a lisp).

Black Widow's hair in Infinity War was my favorite. Not too long and not too short. A braid just seems like a piss poor hairstyle to wear into combat. It's an obvious handhold an enemy can grab onto. Like a rope attached to the back of her head. At least with short loose hair like in Infinity war if someone grabs a handful she can rip away and lose a bit of hair but not much else. Someone grabs that thick braid she wont be yanking free unless she wants to leave a chunk of scalp behind.

I really like Clint's hair. I've always liked that shaved on the sides swept back look.

Glad they kept Thor's Infinity War armor. Stormbreaker still looks a bit crap. The design is good, but it always looks like it's made from plastic. The handle just never looks right. Mjolnir wasnt a great design but it always had a real quality-made look it and the sense of weight was always conveyed well. Stormbreaker just lacks that imo. The blue flames and the lightning helps tho.

Starks armor is still slick as ****. I didnt like the armor until I watched Infinity War. It's one sexy piece of armor in that film. This looks just as sexy.

Caps armor looks good overall, but I dont like the stippling on the chest. I know it's supposed to evoke the chain mail from the comics but in that pic it just looks like those dumb ass nodule tattoos that Killmonger put on his body.

Hulk looks too much like Banner. The monster underneath is pretty much gone. Yeah, I get the logic behind Hulk looking more and more like Banner, but the fact is Ruffalo's face is not intimidating or even remotely monstrous. Hulk only should have hints of Banners face. Not look like Banner's face enlarged and painted green. I've zero interest in seeing this Professor Hulk nonsense. He just about talked too much in Ragnarok. Him talking more and having eloquent intellectual conversations sounds silly as ****. I dont mind him having some control, but I prefer him to be the muscle and purely a bruiser, brawler, or a monster. Banner can be the intellect.

You need to be....corrected.

Unless the film is 4hrs+, an intermission will create a lot of unnecessary traffic & activity, when the second half starts....people are going to be late getting back from concessions & restrooms.

I remember watching Rouge One during a mid week matinee in a mostly empty theatre and some kids coming in late entice the Star Wars nerd to start to lose it. I was betting to myself that he had been watching that movie over and over since that opening night yet he was so much into his thing that the audience went to yellow alert in his presence out of fear.

I could imagine the same thing happening in an intermission world where not only is someone timing their entrance to the normal trailer break at the beginning but then trying to get back from a crowed bathroom and concessions line mid movie during an intermission.

It's always cool seeing the original team together and realize how much they've changed.

- Thor looks the same as IW. Every i time i see Stormbreaker i can't get over the fact of how massive that thing looks.
- Iron Man's armour looks ok. Wasn't that much a fan of it in IW... No sure what to think about the golden/blue shoulders and legs.
- Captain America looks good. That comic book accurate look works very well.
- Balck Widow's hair is both red and blond which is interesting. She seems to have that time travel device on her left hand. Also her suit is very similar to the one The Wasp had.
- Hawkeye has a different hair cut. And his armour is a mixture of Ronin and Hawkeye.
- Hulk looks exactly like Ruffalo's Banner. Professor Hulk. His suit actually doesn't look as good here as in previous concept art.

I am thinking based on the marketing that Cap may very well get the most screen time this movie. In prior films, Iron Man has been the center of these types of shots, and Cap's been in the center of like, every image we have seen for Endgame.

Yep i think so too. Cap didn't really have a big part in IW, in comparison with Iron Man, Thor... and like the Russos said, the heroes who took somewhat of a backseat in IW are going to be at the forefront of AEG... so i'm guessing Cap, Hulk... will take center stage.

Iron Man is going to be either 1st or 2nd in screen time. He's Iron Man, so that exception on the EG characters being at the forefront and IW taking a backseat rule will apply to him. But I think Cap may actually dwarf him given how emphasized he has been in the marketing relative to Iron Man to this point. I am thinking the Avengers top 4 screen time this go will be Cap, Iron Man, Widow, and Hawkeye in that order.

Thanos I am figuring will also have a backseat in Endgame, also. IW was his movie, and I expect Thanos to be in it a lot but in a role likely more similar in screen time quantity to Loki in Avengers.

We are finally getting Cap's dragon-scale armor, which brings me great joy. I'm a little miffed that the forearms aren't white, and if I'm going to be completely honest I sort of prefer him without the helmet nowadays, but otherwise color me pleased.
