Cap's Avengers suit will never not look weird. Am I really supposed to believe SHIELD couldn't afford a better tailor?

I think having his ears uncovered would have helped a bit.

I am thinking based on the marketing that Cap may very well get the most screen time this movie. In prior films, Iron Man has been the center of these types of shots, and Cap's been in the center of like, every image we have seen for Endgame.
He deserves it.

The problem with Hawkeye is he poses zero threat to Thanos so won't be involved in any fight scene with Thanos, so he'll lose out on screen time there.

You could same the same about Cap and Widow too though. I'm expecting the OG Avengers to get a majority of their screen time and development in the first half of the movie anyways, but once all the heroes start to come together the focus will shift so that everyone can get the appropriate amount screen time.

Honestly, most of the heroes don't pose a threat to Thanos alone. But Hawkeye is going to have a a part to play in his defeat. It won't be a matter of just 1 person beating Thanos. None of them can.

We are finally getting Cap's dragon-scale armor, which brings me great joy. I'm a little miffed that the forearms aren't white, and if I'm going to be completely honest I sort of prefer him without the helmet nowadays, but otherwise color me pleased.
Agreed on dragon-scale, lack of white on forearms and better-without-helmet. I think this suit will look good, especially when he goes helmet-less.

That's irrelevant, though

The Avengers don't need to find a way to kill Thanos... one of them already almost did. What they need to do is find a way to reverse the Snap. That's their goal.

But there will always be a horde of bad guys to fight so he is useful in that regard.

Exposed ears and a chin-strap would've helped a lot I think. The latter gives the illusion of a stronger jaw, which Evans kinda needs when he's not sporting a beard.

Well to be fair, given her role in the comics, it’s very possible Nebula has a much bigger role in the movie, so that would be appropriate.

And no intermissions! Here’s where we sort out the weak fans from the strong. If they die, they die.
I doubt it. I mean sure the comics, but she's the least known cast member remaining. Her role will be larger than in IW, but I doubt its anywhere near as large as in Guardians 2.

Hulk looks like he’s not in his full transformation. Might have something to do with him struggling to Hulk out in IW.

Widow’s hair and outfit look great though I wish her gauntlets were more like Winter Soldier and less like AoU.
That was the best she's ever looked in these films. She looked so old in Age of Ultron.

I think Spiderman, Doctor Strange, and Black Panther will get about 4-6 minutes in the third act, because they have solo movies. The rest of the dusted will have non-speaking cameos.

A-listers Boseman, Holland, and Cumberbatch were on set a fair while, and definitely have important scenes as they are popular solo movie characters, whereas B-listers Evangeline Lilly, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Anthony Mackie, and Sebastian Stan only filmed for a few days, with Stan not even sure if he is in the movie.

Guardians of the Galaxy will also be very limited to cameos as the Russo's can't do anything that would box in the incoming GotG3 director. Guardians scenes may have been cut to add more Black Panther scenes.

Almost certainly final MCU movie appearances of:
RDJ, Evans, Renner, Bettany, Olsen, Mackie, Stan, Paltrow

Possible Final MCU movie appearances:
Hemsworth, Bautista, Saldana, Gillan, Ruffalo, Rudd, Lilly, Douglas, Pffeifer

Avengers Team Post Endgame:
Captain Marvel
Black Widow
Black Panther
Doctor Strange
Spiderman
Antman
Shiang Chi
I only see Mackie and Cheadle leaving the MCU if they get their very own tv series. And if it's the end for their characters as well as Olsen/Bettany/Stan; then they'll all get 5-10 mins to showcase their final appearances.

I sure hope so.

I'm just hoping War Machine gets something to do (significant) , which makes sense since he wasn't SNAPPED.

He'll get a good chunk of it. Since it'll be his last film. Probably more screentime than Thor.

Ehh, as for the Cap suit, not really digging his look in the recent Russo movies. As over-busy as it was with all the lines in AoU, always thought overall that looks better than the Civil War & Endgame looks. IW was fun seeing him all messed up and shaggy, but not really loving this version. The mail also looks weird unless you're gonna go full-on more stylized/less realistic comics, big head-wings and all. Which I'd love to see at some point, they're not gonna do it though.

The First Avenger suit still reigns supreme. Not even the Russo version in TWS, that third stripe was pretty unnecessary there and looks very weird.

Cap has been hit hard with this **** so it's logical.

I think that was why it was so important to get across to the audience how horrific what Thanos did was, as well as spotlighting how the heroes efforts were for naught. And who was given the line "We lost..."?

Cap.

Because it's that much more of a gut punch from that character. If Cap says it the audience will believe and feel it.

Says the person without a peanut bladder :o

If (a ginormous if) Marvel/Disney adds an intermission to Endgame, maybe they can give theaters the choice of showing it with or without a break. That would be an ideal way to split the difference. On the one hand, showing the film without an intermission would allow for more shows and therefore more revenue. On the other, playing it with a break would let people choose that option for their own comfort or for that of their children.

I think a bunch of people would want try it out of curiosity lol. It would be nice if you had the choice.

I think there is near zero chance they'd add an intermission. I feel like this was speculation somehow turned rumor just through journalism.

Plus, that just means movies will be able to play the film less times a day.

I think the movie is gonna end up in the 2 hr 45 min range and people will deal with it, prepare for it, or just go to the bathroom if they really need to lol.

I saw Titanic trice, Avatar once, there were no intermissions.

don't drink especially cold drinks like 1 hour before the film, especially if you haven't peed earlier in the day. But if you did, drinking some wouldn't matter as long as it isn't super cold and you don'tfinish a Xl coca cola cup before the final act of the film.

I remember watching GoTg, and my God the audience were cheering up and down and laughing at the jokes during the final fight and I was there in my seat, trying to stop what I was about to do and I was just like "nevah again" it was a terrible feeling. that was 4 years ago and it never happened again. I learned!

Iron Man is going to be either 1st or 2nd in screen time.
I'm fairly convince IM will demand more screen time than the others. Now that's not to say Cap & others want be close in number of minutes; but, RDJ is the premier actor throughout series. The franchise/studio started with him; as well as, garners the biggest name & the largest paycheck...they will headline him with the most screen time.

I certainly understand your thought, based on marketing, which make sense...a very good deduction, from that pov. I just think this is more of marketing putting him front & center, as their last big Cap hoorah, given Evan's departure from the character
(as he move to the directors chair)
. These two are the center piece of the group & most dynamic no doubt. So one won't out screen time the other by much.

However, on a side note....I very interested to see how these two rectify their differences, if they ever do.

I agree that's their goal; I suspect however, that not what's going to happen. I certainly don't believe that is what Dr. Strange motive was, that started the path to EG. IMSO, the Snapture won't be undone. They may save the dusted heroes; they won't save the dusted Universe...and Dr. Strange knows this.
It was never about reversing the Snapture; it is solely about the safeguard of the Gems. Tony is "Key", to what he(DS) himself couldn't do.

I think there is near zero chance they'd add an intermission.
Completely agree...but we shall see one way or the other.

If people can sit for hours on end watching sports or playing video games without a piss, I think they can manage Endgame.
