At this point in the film (the 3rd act) the League has control of Gotham. Batman can't react in the usual fashion because A) they have multiple Tumblers and B) they will use the earthquake machine if he tries to stop them.

John Blake and the other cop mark the buildings with some fancy technology sending their location to Batman, who comes to save the day in his new ride... The Batwing!

I heard the wrap part being organized over the radio. It is not an official wrap party as the filming is not finished. Last I heard it was going to be at the Church Brew Works.

Everything is being shipped back to LA tomorrow, loaded onto a transport plane at Pittsburgh airport.

The whole film won't be. There's a rumor at least 75% of it will though.
