But if nobody's in the plane...how are they driving it?? Remote control??? :wow:

It's on auto-pilot mode.

Heh, just a stunt guy underneath, but he still might be in trouble if it falls off!

I'm not sure, but I heard that they aren't doing ANY night shoots here in Pittsburgh, not sure if it's true, kinda surprised me.

One of the street listings had a 'daytime and dusk' description, I think that's all.

It's pretty clear that they are going for the saturated....or is it unsaturated look with the "white light" of the poster and some of the pics. I bet all these day time shots (well most of them) will be edited to nighttime shots, but maybe they need the day time shots to help with the lighting they are going for? I don't know enough about cinematography but I wonder if that is the case?

Because I bet most of the scenes will be night time. Wasn't the Hong Kong sequences with Bats filmed in day?

The best thing about all this is that we've seen so much from the production, and yet we can only theorize on what goes down in the final film. All the photos and scenes that we have witnessed are only tiny pieces of a complicated puzzle. We think we know, but we have noooo idea.

So, I guess that's how the Dark Knight Rises with the batwing!

No. They will not be turning days into night. Maybe filtering some sequences to go a little darker, but if they wanted to film night scenes, they'd film them at night with the proper night-time lighting.

This is the only thought standing between me and the immense guilt.

Only the first and last shot were done day for night, and the first one might have been heading towards dusk.

The very final shot of the plane was day for night, (and that's the only shot where it's not a CGI plane) but that doesn't look great because the city looks like it's undergone a powercut!

The most they could ever do is make it look like Magic hour, the time right before the sun fully sets and night time appears.

They will not turn these day for night. Pfister likes things natural looking.

Isn't it fairly obvious that everything filmed in Pittsburgh a continuous sequence? Bane breaks open Blackgate, Batman arrives on Pod, Hart kills Fox, Bane leaves with Miranda in Tumbler squad Catwoman leaves on Pod, Batman leaves in Lobster?

Maybe, but Wally did it for some of the Hong Kong sequences I thought. There was rumor from someone either on the Football set or something that said they heard it would be edited for night with some of those sequences. However I have no idea and it could be pure hearsay. It will be interesting to see the look. I guess in the Batwing night/day don't matter no one could catch him lol.

Sorry...can't see it

I just thought that since it is all concentrated around one building, that all the characters go into.

They all seem to be connected but I'm not sure about the order. We never saw Bane leave with Talia/Tate. Someone also brought up a good point that Catwoman left before Talia did. When Catwoman stormed out of the City Hall, the mercenaries and the GCPD were still fighting. When Talia left, there were only dead bodies. There's also a scene where the GCPD are "cheering" and have defeated the mercenaries and they're all looking upwards (most likely looking at the Batwing). That black truck was also MIA in the City Hall scenes but it was prominent in the chase scene they're shooting now.

So to me it seems like Gordon and JGL are trying to covertly overthrow Bane and his mercenaries.
