I have a feeling that they hit during the day in a sequence because that's when Bane and his army least expect it. Batman only comes out at night and everyone knows it, so to plan a surprise attack he would have to come out during the day.

I think most of the exterior night scenes will be in New York, which may include rooftop scenes with Batman.

I dont know, my excitement for this movie is being lowered by each and every day of filming. I think its gonna be like Spider-Man 3 to be honest at this rate. I mean not SM3 bad, but I think it'll be the worst of the series.

First these films have been "in the realm of realism" not pure realism. The Tumbler jump tech does not exist yet, but is plausible. The Bat-Pod really would not work the best in reality right now, I mean they did just break a camera.

Everything is tech that is plausible in the future like the fabric. Now interesting enough, Harrier Jet tech does exist, and it allows for things to hover and move around just like that. It is not impossible or unrealistic really. All these films have a realm of possibility and near future possibility, and that is how I've seen his "realism" but it is not ultra in the sense, and this is no more unrealistic then the other near future tech.

EDIT: And to say its going to be like SM3 please. I mean really please. I hate this kind of jumping to conclusion based off of that. Sam had a shoddy track record way before Spider-man, most would consider that is only decent work (though I love Army of Darkness). There were multiple reasons behind it. Night scenes? Well we have not seen the final film. And you don't like it because of the Batwing? Most Bat-fans including myself have been wanting to see another one, its something he uses. It's part of the Batman mythology.

yeah this Batwing is basically a harrier jet with an unrealistic design,But he's a super hero in a still super hero movie..so it fits perfectly!!
