I just got issue 8, due to a severe problem with customs... anyway... it doesn't make sense!!!

The Shadow King did not die when Betsy did!!! We all saw him in X-Treme X-Men 2001 Annual after her death, heck it was her death that set him free in the Astral Plane once more!!! And that's not all. What's this "There is only one Shadow King in all the Multiverse" Crap?¡?? WE've seen him at least in Earth 295 (AOA) and I bet my b-hind he had to appear in at least 1 What if issue, or mentioned. This is a very big continuity muck-up, unless he was lying of course... villains tend to lie, but still... how do we know the truth?? Was this a very big fault of replacement writer or an intended lie to create future stories??? Goddess!!

Anyway cooooooool to know thre might be a Captain Britain's War ... and with Betsy leaving for the Exiles when Claremont returns guess who's gonna be caught in the middle of it??? I can't wait!!!! GET BACK SOON CHRIS!!!!

Yeah - good old fasioned superheroics! Not sure about the new penciller though. Ryan may have drawn hair funny, but I liked the softer realistic look.

Nah - he's not English. But he is a direct descendant of Sir Percy and has previously been bestowed with the power of the pendragon by the lady of the lake (though Claremont seems not to have recalled that association and familiarity, nor the one Brian has with Merlin)

I dunno - it could be that he starts to go evil again (kind of like the venom symbiote enhancing the strongest feeling of the wearer, in Venom's case rage at spider-man for costing him his reputation) cos he felt abandoned by Charles and inferior to him all his life, so the crystal mangified that. But the team comes to bat for him and encourages him not to be a pawn of Cytorakk and his games.

I agree. ^^ I like Juggs the way he is now and I am intrigued by the idea that Talia is interested in him.

I doubt Juggernaut will return to villainy, since Tieri is basically treading water until Claremont returns in the issue after this.
