Err.......OK.

The new Messiah Complex mutant files states that Excaliburs current line up is Captain Britain, Dazzler, Pete Wisdom, Lionheart and Longshot. When did the last two join??

When Nocturne and Juggernaut left and they decided to stay on 616, two seconds after Die by the Sword 5 I guess

It was worse than bad, but if you don't read it you won't know the new status quo of both Exiles and Excalibur teams :p

Same here. Alan Davis actually turned me off to the x-men because of his writing and especially his art...that and he made Marrow pretty.

changing Marrow was one of the biggest travesties he did. It took me a while to warm up to her but Kelly made me like her and then Davis went and destroyed that all. Completely changed her personality for no reason. I could never get into the character after that

I want Excalibur to be a great team with a great line-up too. But I'd also like it to be an on going with potential where they dont just bust up bloody bank robberies. You would have thought that the whole Initiative thing, the UK government would at least want a UK Avengers rather than a loosely knit band of randoms that hang out in a house on the wharf. The EU team put together by Bishop was a more organised unit than the latest series.

Wishing doesnt make things happen though...

Maybe its time to expand and give it a more EU feel hell there is probably an empty X-Corp office somewhere they could re-fit. No offence but Britain is way too small of a pond when you have the ocean of Europe to use.

Being Britain based is fine though - not exactly Excalibur if they aren't. But defending the realm and its allies from superpowered tyranny is still very Arthurian.

I totally agree they should be a UK Avengers but they should be involved more in marvel stories.

Alan Davis wrote the best Excalibur ever kids, go read a back issue :p

ugh...Alan Davie and Warren Ellis...two writers the brits can keep forever

He made a sixteen year old sleep with a forty year old. That's crap. He made Lockheed talk too, didn't he? I do admit I enjoyed when Piotr came and broke Wisdom's back, I never liked him :p

Kitty is not 16 and Wisdom is not 40...
