Anyways, I honestly did not think the Hulk would make it all the way through but to lose to the Black Panther was highly unexpected.

Considering Hippy voted the same thing originally, I doubt it would've mattered much. Besides that, it would've led to a rematch, and I doubt either one of us would've wanted to go through that.

Man, I am not looking forward to reading thread 1. Seems like there's some massive debating going on there.

Thread 1 is a pain in the butt!!! I have three matches. I'm still trying to decide what I want to do with Tana Nile vs. Damien Hellstrom. If I don't pick up and read some of their appearances and find out more, I'm kind of inclined to say, "Meh," and be done with my character. I got lucky with Ultimus this week; but, characters with power but little information are a pain in the butt to defend.

I got those Daredevil comics in the mail, and they were pretty spot on with the descriptions I had. (A few were in worse condition; but, not ones that mattered to me.) If I had gone on Milehighcomics.com right now and got these at the prices they wanted, the top 10 books on the stack would have cost the 180.00 I paid. That doesn't include the almost entire run of Frank Miller stuff. I still can't believe the guy put these up for that price at Buy Now rate. It's not Near Mint, but Fine has always been fine for my collection.

(I also got another ebay won auction in today. I use this guy for comics that would be much cheaper than a local comic shop; but, maybe a bit more than if I tried auction after auction on ebay. For $32.00 dollars, I got Uncanny X-Men Annual 3 & 5, Longshot 1-6, Uncanny X-Men 143, 150, 167, 169, 175, 200, and New Mutants Annual 2. I've heard such good things about it; me and my boy are going to see 1408 tomorrow! It's been a while since Stephen King has had a decent movie made out of one of his stories. At least I know to stay away from Evan Almighty. The previews have never looked too good; and, the reviews have been just awful. Then, next week is Live Free and Die Hard. Yippee Kiyae!

I'm hoping to see 1408 Sunday. From what I've seen, critics and viewers have been giving it good reviews. Moviegoers average a B ranking, and critics average an A.

I just saw Ocean's 13 yesterday. It was fun and something you can take your GF/wife to see.....I am having a hard time convincing her to see Transformers or FF4 for when they come out here.
