Vampires of Morgoth
Melkoric Vampires are not the blood-drinking undead spirits of Men; rather they are mighty Demons. These Spirits were once the patrons of harmless normal Bats, but under Morgoth's tutelage they became great doers of evil and sources of terror. They are mighty fliers, and in early times Morgoth frequently used them as messengers. Appearing as gigantic Bats with the faces of hideous Men or Women and the feet of enormous birds of prey, the Vampires were well-equipped to deliver the orders of Morgoth and to spy for him. Vampires can assume other forms by means of their magical shaping cloaks. (These cloaks could also give others the power to take on the shape of Vampires.)
what do you think about this? this is not projected at more frames. but they show footage with less blur. now if you think about it less blur is good because you would see more. but we are used to see a lot of blur during action so its normal to us. i think we need 10 years .

how often are they planning on releasing these videos?
 .
.Watching that video got me really excited. Rivendell and Bag End look like they were well preserved over the past decade.
Looks like Persbrandt was arrested in Stockholm, Sweden for drug use (again). The articles are in Swedish and Norwegian, I'm afraid.

I guess the guy wants to be fired.

I don't know about Rivendell, but I recall reading somewhere that PJ kept the Bag End set in storage after he finished LOTR. It's like he knew he was going to come back for "The Hobbit".Both sets were rebuilt from the ground up to match the sets of the trilogy.

[BLACKOUT]who doesnt?article said:Michael Persbrandt was taken aside and said, according to the report to one of the officers:
- I love coke and robbers, thats just a fact.
 [/BLACKOUT]
[/BLACKOUT]I'm really hoping they incorporate Vampires into the Dol Guldur sequence/s.
There is only mention of one vampire in Tolkien's text,The Silmarillion, and that's Thurwingwethil. She supposedly was also a Maiar spirit (Like Sauron) and took the shape of a vampire bat. She was not however, a vampire in the true sense of the word. Also, Middle Earth had gone through significant changes several times over by the might of the Valar from the days of Angband to the 3rd Age. So, I dont believe there were many old allies of Melkor left during the Third Age when the Hobbit takes place... save some few, like the Balrog in Moria. Smaug himself is the last known dragon in the story descended down from Glaurung.
