If Ultimate Spidey is better than 616, then that means that Spider-Man f**king sucks out loud.

I'm with PJ, I can name about five or six books that's better than anything they're putting out right now in the Ultimate Line. Hell, with the exception of Millar's FF and the first two volumes of Ultimates, the whole things been kinda meh overall.

I like the Ultimate concept, but the idea that it's just going to go on and on isn't great. They should've at least tried to develop more than Spider-Man if they were seriously going to make an entire Universe, or just done small stories on various characters through a single line. Now it's gone from a revision apart to an event running out of steam.

You really only have to look at Bendis' run to see what happens when they try to bring in new characters to make up for the fact that they have no end to this planned in the long haul.

I never got into USM, but then, apparently I've never missed that much.

I loved the volumes of Ultimates, and I used to love Ultimate X-Men. Right up to where Kirkman came on.

Agree, I think its time for the Ult. U to end or at least end this version and start from stratch with new writers and artists.
