Yeah - but apparently its annoying that I keep bringing up that fact. Wanting to talk about superheroes in a thread titled around that very topic... go figure!

But it becomes annoying when you continue to point out that fact. If you don't want to be a part of that discussion than don't be a part of that discussion, and begin your own discussion and see if anybody else joins in. If nobody else does than people want to continue talking about politics, which is heavily shown throughout this series.

It soon comes to a point where all you sound like is a big whining baby. "Wah wah wah, the big boys are talking about real politics! Wah wah wah, this is a place for imaginary superhero politics, wah wah wah".

Thanks superbenitez. Nice to have a little back up on that one. I think tryin to talk about the comic and then it being masked by all the current affairs political stuff makes spideyinatree, celldog and the others seem like longwinded trolls - just here to rant to incite.

So, in another attempt to switch the subject back to that which this thread was intended: how in control do we think Banner really is? This hulk seems a little more like the Gray Hulk; Mr Fixit. Powerful and smart, but arrogant and quick mouthed.

Wow just goes to show that Ultimates political content seems to go over the head of a lot of people.

Pwner Ranger, I like you and all, but no need to say a guy sucks because he doesn't share your views. There's people like darthsphere and question who I dont agree with politically but they are decent guys, so I don't know why someone not agreeing with you means they suck.

Perhaps he is more like Mr Fixit to start with but the more enraged he becomes, the more control he loses over his ability to keep his mental faculties. I got the impression that he seemed to lose his intelligence more and more as the fight wore on. He seemed to regress.

Another issue is Pym. What's his deal? The way Millar wrote his dialogue with Ultron is obviously open to interpretation.

yeah - this was briefly mentioned about five pages back. while it seems a bit "yeah yeah Pym, we know you didnt infiltrate the liberators ya wuss! you're just turncoating again", if it were that way, then it wouldnt be a twist like we've come to expect from Millar - methinks there must be more to it.

And for your information most of my threads go on for quite some time and always seem to get visits by those like you. But since they suck so badly, I guess that makes sense.

But so far, I've been called an idiot by Miss Gluon and I "suck" according to you. But since you all are such classy people, I should have expected that, right?

We're talking about the Ultimates, whose storylines resemble some of our real life headlines. Thus, politics spill over. As one guy just said. Get over it or join in.......in a civil manner.

One thing I'll give Question credit on is his civility. I think he's in wonderland with his world-view. But at least he's polite and stays away from personal attacks.

Another example your Ollie thread in the DC forum. Its just a story and you blew what Ollie did out of proportion.

I hardly consider myself a liberal. I'm really more of a libertarian than anything else. And, to be honest, I don't think your conservative stances are what bothers people, but how extreme you are about expressing them.

Well, you are, of course, allowed to express your opinions. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that. Alot of people just strongly disagree with you to the point where they dislike you. I'm not saying it's a good thing and I'm not saying it's a bad thing. I'm just saying that it's what's happening.
