I think so. I've identified all of the others using Wikipedia's info, and even though he doesn't look at all like Dr. Chen Lu, it seems the blonde white guy with long hair and a green suit with an "X" stripe is Radioactive Man.

I looked at the link but it confused me because Ultimates 9 says nothing about their names. Who they guy that seems to be cloned? I didn't catch his name.

Red Guardian? Captain America apparently killed him during the Ultimate Nightmare mini, so he's either a clone or the one Cap killed was a clone and this is the original. Of course, he could simply be someone else, I personally think he might be Ultimate Wonder Man, because of the big "W" on his chest.

Btw, Radioactive Man was China's human weapon against Thor.

Like I said, "isn't clear." Based on the pencils above which show him in close up, you could argue it either way.

Really? He looked like a blonde white guy to me. Hitch draws asians almost completely devoid of typical asian traits anyway. The Wasp, for example, who is supposed to be asian, looks more like pop star Pink than anything else (imo).

Well, hair dying is a bit of a fad in Asia, so it makes a certain amount of sense that he'd have blondish hair.
