So when does Joe Mad's run start? I've read the ultimate TPB volume 1 and 2 and it seemed to have a few issues missing i thought

There are 3 issues of Ultimates 2 left (11, 12 and 13), and Ultimates 3 will start right after, probably at the very end of 2006 (perhaps even at the beginning of 2007).

I just finished reading the National Security TPB and I have one question, is the Chitari the Scrulls in disguise or a whole other race?

I beleive the Chitari are supposed to be the ultimate versions of Skrulls.

Yeah, they even proved it in Fantastic Four...Which one is the true form though? I'm still a little confused about that. I know Chitauri was just a bad earth translation and Skrull is the real name.

Actually, there's an interesting little back story to that one. Mark Millar is a big fan of David Icke, a researcher into the paranormal and conspiracy theories, such as myself, who has a HUGE international cult following and who believes that the Earth... well, just read the first part of my sig to know what. The name Chitauri is the real life name given to a race of extraterrestrial reptilian shapeshifters by the Sanusi, the shamans of the Zulu tribe in Africa. Pretty much everything about the Chitauri seen in the Ultimates is a part of real life conspiracy theories surrounding these reptilian invaders, and the character of Ultimate Thor was based upon David Icke himself. They even look the same (minus the beard).

lol I only saw part of the first Left Behind movie, christians who believe that s**t are freakin' INSANE, and that's harsh coming from someone who takes Sumerian mythology seriously.
