how do you expect to make sense of how they filmed it to how that picture shows it, only way i can guess is he can stand upright

there is no way he can be upright in the 4 leg position and if they did do that he would look like half his body has been removed... they wouldn't would they? dun dun duuuuun?

His legs look too flimsy to stand up with all that bulk in his midsection. It VERY much resembles an elephant minus the horn and laser tail whatever is going on up there. I just don't see it happening from what I see in this picture.

i know rhino's scene is supposed to be a quick battle but from the looks of him, i don't know how that is possible. rhino gives off the feeling of an armored tank, you can't even see Giamatti.

Well the hind legs have human knees ... At least thats what I tell to foul myself he isn't just a maximal.

Not really digging the design of the Rhino in that poster. I'll wait til we get some higher quality shots of the suit but right now, I'm not a fan.

i dont get the design choice either...they made the lizard more human like but the rhino seems to be fully a man in a machine without human behaviour in his movements at all...i can only guess they wanna distance them selves for havin only human animal hybrids as villains

I guess that's their reason but imo it's not a good one. Distance for distance's sake is stupid.

hmm the lizard was more of a tragic role to express emotions it was their decision to give him a more human snout...but the rhino...(there are tanks called rhino)...he is just a brute in a suit...somehow the decisions they made make sense..if we like em or not

It's going to be so sick seeing spidey battle this behemoth as he smashes through the city. As a spidey fan, that has always been high up on my list of dream spidey film scenes

I agree with your sentiments however this isn't the design I was expecting. Not the part about it being a mech, just the overall look.

He's missing the human aspect of the costume which is disappointing...

looking at this i don't think it would make much sense for him to be on all 4s and up right, even if you said where his head would be could still be upright his back would have to be bent backwards to work

I do gotta admit... he looks like a beast wars transformer. It's a tad disappointing

I can definitely see your side of it too. There are lots of ways the design could have ended up, and honestly, I probably would be happy with anything that looks like a rhino haha. I may just be too easy to please.

Yep. Not shaping up how I would have liked to see a mech Rhino. Maybe we'll get a glimpse of him in the trailer.

look if he was down on all 4 legs he could be only half of that structure and stil be big, if this is him in stand up right it makes more sense, plus i already said about the obvious problem with it that he would look like his body has been removed

no one is saying he should be man size but on 4 legs that would be be giant

looks nothing like Rhino from the comics and animated series. could pass off as a Transformer though.

TSSM did it quite nicely.

In ASM, Connors took a serum that made him 9' tall and able to flip cars over and bust through walls. Why wouldn't that work for the Rhino? Cross species, mech suit, whatever...I don't care too much about it. I am just not liking the design choice thus far based on that poster pic.

Maybe cash knows if Rhino can stand on 2 legs, I think its likely he can tbh

if it turns out he can't he would be done without any purpose for creating the suit
