The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Paul Giamatti IS Rhino - Part 1

I think people tend to complain about anything that doesn't come from Christopher Nolan or Disney/Marvel.

If TASM2 was an MCU film I bet very few would complain about the Rhino's look.

That's what I think. It's unfortunate. I feel Mark Webb is doing a pretty good job with the franchise and Paul Giamatti looks like he's going to do a good job with it so hopefully it will shut up the naysayers (I hate saying haters it's overused).

Lol! Good question.

Yeah he's definitely big. But I doubt he's as big as that video game photo. That'd be overkill.

Eh yeah. Well you have to put your own spin on it. Even if it's just a little.

Agreed. :applaud it's surprising how people still acting like it's the first time a comic book movie that combined elements from Ultimate and 616 or different versions of the comic book characters.

Joss Whedon and Chris Nolan are both great, but they're not gods. They are people who turn in both good and bad stuff. Its human nature.

It's like what Marc said...all of us fans feel a sense of ownership of the character and have beliefs of how the character should be and so forth. Including myself you know?

Agreed. Josh Wheaton, Chris Nolan, Jon Favareu have all produced great movies but at the same it could have been better and I know the feeling of the characters not being exactly like what I expected to be multiple times. It can be frustrating dealing with both parties though.

I hope that Warner Bros. doesn't make another Nolan-esque film on a different DC character.... God forbid DC movies having a different identity.

Too late. *cough*

Man of Steel basically tried to do what Batman Begins did. The way the film was structured and everything was reminiscent of Bruce Wayne's story in his origin film.

Well currently, Superman is the second series to use the Nolan setting. And *cough* unsurprisingly, it was a sack of **** while not being any different from the usual Batman. If there's a THIRD series that's gonna do it, then I'm gonna be pissed.... Which seems likely with the Justice League (even though I don't give a **** about the Justice League in general)...... Ugh....

The only DC characters I really care about are Batman and Superman, and then I have a small interest in Green Lantern.

For me, Marvel is my comic book family. Spider-Man is my favorite hero of all, and I also love X-Men and the Fantastic Four a lot. Deadpool, Iron Man, Captain America, and so on are also great as well.

Also DareDevil. DareDevil came in before Batman was the Batman people want to recognize.

That's right. Wasn't it Frank Miller's Daredevil that made him popular? I LOVE Daredevil, so I can't wait for that netflix show!! :D

Can't believe you forgot about him >:P lol

Wish Waid would go away from DareDevil.
Actually Daredevil is in my top 10 superhero list. Love him. I hate when people say he is boring or uninteresting. Another character that I love is The Punisher, so I wish he was getting his own netflix series as well. :(

I meant it was frustrating sometimes to see the final product not being exactly like you expected or wanted in a movie as well as talking with fans that are quick to judge and shut it down before it even comes out and can be hard to have a conversation with sometimes.

I meant Joss but I always catch spell check correctly my errors after I send my post. Thanks Jaymes.

Yeah. Because we're picky at times and really want certain things.
At the end of the day, everything's opinion. Ultimately, it's either you like it or you don't.

Daredevil is my 2nd favorite character, so many good stories- I don't know how anybody can say he's boring. Born Again is probably my single favorite comic book story ever. Stoked he's finally getting a TV show!!

Wonder what Marvel Studios has planned for guys like the Punisher and Ghost Rider down the road now that they've had them for a while now.

Ghost Rider is suffering from Cagophelalia. He won't be seeing any daylight for a while.

Paul Giamatti IS Rhino.

Speaking of which, where the f**k is his poster? Agh.
