The Dark Knight Post Images of what you want the Joker to Look like!

Well in all fairness i hear Joker is often a serial killer, so i could see him starting out in a more casual look, and then when hes on top of the mob pile, he begins to wear all of these elaborate suits. An evolution would be cool.

Well, to play devil's advocate on one of those points, he did use lipstick in THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS, and fans often regard that as a sacred cow of sorts (I personally find the comic to be highly overrated, and it features one of my least-favorite takes on the Joker, mainly because I feel the Joker is reinvented to the point where he's almost the Joker in name only).

There is one definative version of The Joker. You just blind yourself to it.
That's pretty untrue. Visually, the Joker has been moderately consistent (though there's definitely been variation throughout the years), but in terms of personality, he's definitely had distinct incarnations.

The Joker isn't a serial killer - that's a huge misnomer. Is he a murderer and a criminal? You bet, but he's not a serial killer in the true meaning of that word.

I think an evolution in the Joker's look throughout the film could be interesting, though, and I certainly wouldn't be against it.

Heh...the two manips that made me join the bandwagon!

The second one looks like Christian Slater as Joker.

Nice manips.

The forensics description says:

someone who murders more than three victims one at a time in a relatively short interval

I'm sure Joker has fit that in his many slayings.

He wears a suit, usually an elegant one. This indicates he has a class and taste(for a homicidal sociopath). Your suggestion for The Joker's apperance goes against all of this. He is just some punk in white make-up, not fit lick The Joker's spats.

The Joker is not a punk. He is not some drag queen diva. He does not wear spandex, put on lipstick, or dye his hair. He doesn't run around in a straight jacket with no shoes and he doesn't have a carved smile or peicings.

Looks like Prince to me.

The look they have for the Joker in the fan Film "Patient J" is really about the closest you can get to the look in the comics without having him look to "Cartoonish".

And it's not that bad of a movie either.

I don't like Patient J, nor I like any fanfilm Jokers... too cartoonish...

Then you never seen this film. What they did on a very limited budget is better than at least 3 of the Big budget WB Batman movies.

This is Cartoonish? I Don't think so.

Don't tell me it's NOT cartoonish... a bit! I prefer real movies...

This is an interesting take on the Joker. It's not perfect, but I think it's workable. I'd lose the piercings and grow out the hair a bit. Otherwise, it's a Joker I think could fit in the Nolan-verse fine without betraying the original standard of the character.

It's the "Batman Beyond" Jokerz Joker!

I like the face (except the earing). Thje smile's perfect. As for the rest, bleugh.

they should CGI Brody's nose onto Ledger's face and there you will have the perfect Joker.

I did this recently. It started off looking like Heath Ledger I'm not sure what happened. I like Joker with shorter dark green hair and the white Frank Miller suit. Bats wears black and Joker wears white, makes sense.

Way too neo-punk for me, it's not traditional, it's like really....not even close to anything from the comics.

I could see this as an alternative to Burton's Joker, or maybe if Joel did a Joker this what we would see, with more crotchage and nipples.

But still, it's interesting, you can tell it's the Joker though..
