That's true, lol. Still ,even though I don't read Ultiamte (I'm a 616 guy), it still does baffle me.

The alien symbiote costume A.K.A. black costume. The best Spider-Man alternate costume. Minimalistic, simple, and bold, it manages to be a drastic departure from the traditional design while still looking like a Spider-Man costume. Many costumes have tried to use the same design principles to the same effect (including Civil War's Iron Spider costume), and many have failed. No wonder Venom didn't screw with the design much when he bonded to the symbiote.

I'm not so big a fan of the Iron Spider suit, especially with the three waldos. Why 3 instead of 4 or 8? It makes Spidey look like he can't count. And what's with the gold leggings?
