Meh, I've never seen it as that big of a deal tbh. Esp Trini being Yellow Ranger. She wasn't the original casting so it wasn't something they went into thinking would even happen. Black Ranger happened to be cooler. Reminds me of Hasbro not allowing whatshisname being the white ranger because they thought it was insensitive to have a black character be a white power ranger.

The Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers are coming to Fortnite,

The Fortnite Power Rangers skins will go on sale mid-August (15 through the 20).

Found and just watched this video, I think it is a good watch and very knowledgeable about the cultural differences between Japan (Sentai) and US (Power Rangers) about the body language of each characters has moved.

And I echoed about the overused of "Hi-Yah!!!" & "Hiyaa!!" in every PR fighting scenes, I always thought that was annoying that it almost feels like mocking in a way.

Which remind me I am still baffled of why they decide to "frankensteined" two completely different and opposed teams in Gokaiger (Super Mega Force) and Goseiger (Megaforce) into one and same Rangers team!
The 5 Gokaigers and 5 Goseigers had a very distinct and very different personalities, so it is very funny that Gokai Green (Green Ranger in Super Mega Force) who's had clumsy and goofy traits is supposed to be the same person with Gosei Black (Black Ranger in Mega Force) who's more cool headed and stoic. (Because it shows in their fighting styles and mannerisms). Also Gokaigers are more an anti heroes team so they won't pose and act in a heroic way like Goseigers did.

Everything we know about bts of SMF is a disaster. So it just adds to it. Trying to aim for toddlers as much as possible for some odd reason, telling the actors to dumb it down as much as possible....seems like Saban was trying to sabotage himself

Yeah thats really a shame, especially since the source they adapted is one of the finest and most celebrated season in Super Sentai series.
