No doubt, with an R rated Blu Ray. PG-13 = more $$$$ for this film. More cash for this film means more broad, intelligent sci-fi.

Hey, Alien 3's on tonight! Hmmm... Dunno whether to watch it or not.
Im in a constant state of Opinion-Limbo about that movie. Sometimes I think it's a horrendous waste of potential and other times I consider it an under-rated masterpiece... could never settle on a concrete feeling on it.

I wonder if the Spacejockey is telepathic. They make alot of intelligent alien races telepaths. Like in Independence Day he might read Mudow's mind or take control of her or something.

I must say i'm not too fond of the idea. But it's not really that big of a deal, and i don't see how it wouldn't make sense if these highly evolved species have some form of telepathy.

However, the idea of mental/vocal/physical manipulation/communication is nothing new, considering the ending Scott originally envisioned for Alien/

I made the mistake of venturing over the the IMDb boards.

They are really flipping their **** over the possibility/likelihood of this being PG-13.

I don't want it to be PG-13, because of what i've seen and read it seems that the material and the things that might happen are not suited for PG-13. But I doubt Scott would let Fox do another Kingdom of Heaven on him, making him rip out the heart and core of the movie.

And even if it is PG-13, i'm sure we'll get a trademark Ridley Scott directors cut with about 10 hours of special features.
