Exactly!

I agree. The Hulk should only be CGI and nothing else.Spider - Man said:Hey Dark, you are in a great position to be the voice of Hulk movie fans to the current director. My hat's off to ya. But understand this: NO ONE is big enough to put on a suit and be the Hulk! We need CGI Hulk for the sequel! Don't give this man any encouragement to use anything else!
After I read his Q and A on the front page, I have 100% convidence in this guy. I think he'll be the director I wanted for the first.Advanced Dark said:I told you guys! Found him on myspace awhile ago but was waiting for an e-mail to confirm it was him. The profile kind of matched but there was no picture and he had nobody as far as "myspace friends" on his site. He e-mailed me back this morning and he seems pumped up. Here's the first e-mail from him:
I then e-mailed him back to confirm if it was ok to reveal his site to everyone and if I could share the above e-mail, and also suggested he set up a group like Favreau did with message boards and told him how to do it...and here is what he sent:
So guys hurry up and join myspace if you haven't already and request for him to be your friend. His site is kind of plain vanilla right now but that should be changing too!

The same process as the first films, processing whoever plays Bruce so his voice sounds deep and strong. As with the first, Eric Bana voiced Hulk and they just modified it to give the deep voice someone with such a huge size like Hulk would.Louis Leterrier said:I've only met Lou once and I was star-struck. Who do you think should do the voice?
Well that's a relief(for me anyway), from some interviews upto this point there was the impression you didn't much like the first.Louis Leterrier said:I like the first film. I just think I'm a maggot compared to Ang Lee. I'm not going to try to copy him, it would be an enormous failure. I'm going to do my version of a Hulk film.
Do you mean as far as the action, or as far as just general tone and mood of the story itself? That opening fight from Jet Li was pretty brutal, that violence would fit very nicely as a Hulk battle.Louis Leterrier said:There's a lot of me in Unleashed. If you liked this film, you'll like our Hulk.
Is the script complete, or near completion? Speaking of script, is the storyline a new story or does it take cues from old storylines in the comics? Will there be much influence on fights from battles in the comics(as far as influences to specific scenes, as the first did)?Louis Leterrier said:Zak's turning in the best screenplay I ever read. I'm serious.
Thanks for the replies.Louis Leterrier said:
Yeah, not to mention the changes to the Marvel website(now with forums). I guess they realised they were missing out by not communicating more closely with fans.co2 said:The only thing I have to say is that I'm really impressed by the push that Marvel is making to have the directors of their properties communicate with the fans. Ghost Rider, Iron Man, and now this...I like what I'm seeing.

Well technology has gotten better since 2003.Advanced Dark said:CGI is great for The Hulk but the tranformation scenes took me out of the film. It wasn't right. Quick cuts during his transformation with animatronix, cig, and man-in-suit would be better. All CGI in action scenes is needed except for very quick shots. A mixture with 90% cgi is the way to go.
