They do mention him near the end in reference as one of the two teen survivors of the first movie.
Yep.
Also "Billy and Stu, ___ and you."

What did every one think of the score?
I've only seen the flick once, so I'm struggling to remember specific cues, but I wasn't that thrilled on first viewing. It was fine, but it lacked the lush, operatic layers that Beltrami had built up by the third film.
I loved that part as well. We finally got to kind of see the killer's plan make it out of act 3 and actually working. If Sidney had died she would have gotten away with it too. The knife thing Gale figured out was circumstantial and she could always tell Dewy that Charlie stabbed her there like he did "that **** tabloid journalist." Dewy would be so pissed by that he'd accept it and be glad Charlie was dead again. It's just that Sidney's "harder to kill than Michael ****ing Myers." hehe
One problem I did have with Scream 4 was it didn't have that song that was in the other three movies.
For those who think the killer's motive is silly, ridiculous and/or over the top....ahem:

Exhibit C (for your own sake don't watch more than 90-120 seconds of this):

Exhibit E ():
....woooh. If that last one doesn't scare you....I have to do it. Watch this next one at your own risk.....I warned you:
Exhibit F:
Now it all should make sense. A brave new world indeed and case closed.
Yeah, they aren't really any memorable new themes. The music was kinda disappointing, both songs and score.
I'll tell ya, it would have been perfect during the Stab A Thon

No. I doubt it would. Which brings up how the hell Dewey and Gale would be involved if it weren't.Do you think Scream 5 will take place in Woodsboro?

I thought the motive was perfect. Goes completely with the time we live right now. Great Scream social commentary.
Eh. I like that Scream moves around. That's one thing about Crystal Lake and Haddonfield I hated. At some point everyone would do something extreme like Haddonfield banned Halloween, and I think Crystal Lake kept changing it's name. And it just gets silly.I sure hope so.
Early draft's Dewey and Gale had a kid named Tatum and there was a line specifically stating they had moved into the old Riley residence from Scream. Kirby lived in Stu's old house in her character sides that Hayden had to audition with. She said her parents had it heavily remodeled because they got tired of tourists.Anyone wish Tatum would get mentioned more? I always felt that Dewey never got a chance to properly mourn her. I think a lot of casual viewers even forget that they were siblings.
Wasn't the only time she was mentioned post-mortem when Stone made that cold-ass comment to Fake-Dewey?
