If one were going with say a Chris Nolan Approach odds are i would have to say "no talk", but this isnt the case. In that case, his personality would be more animal like, and animals dont talk, they just do.

he probably meant he wasn't a sympathetic villain, but you know Raimi was old skool. he probably didn't know Venom that well. Venom was a guy who wanted to help innocents, but spider-man ruined his life, and the symbiote mucked with his mind, making him want to kill spider-man.

Why would it "suck"?

It would mean he was a greater rival to Spider-Man. If there was a chase scene betweem Venom and Spidey, it would be much better if Venom could jump further - it would make it far more entertaining. On the game, you actually have a few chasing levels - and they were successful.

If I were Raimi, I'd give it a go..
