The Dark Knight so ledger is joker who would you cast as two face and why?

its as simple as that ledger is officially the joker, with that in mind bale as batman and oldman as gordon who would you cast as harvey dent and eventually two-face,

also what will this actor bring to the dynamic, and if the roumers are true would you be happy with ryan phillippe?

Liev Schreiber is my choice but Joaquin Phoenix would great as well.

Liev Schreiber. If you've seen The Manchurian Candidate, you know he would do wonders in this role. He looks not just like Tim Sale's Dent, but just plain how I would expect the D.A. of a major US city to look. He's also got a deep, commanding voice which Dent needs, and which is my major gripe with someone like Jake Gyllenhaal getting the role.

Seriously though, can't you just picture Liev Schreiber on the roof with Batman and Gordon? He just seems like he'd fit in with those two more than many of the choices so far. Phillipe would look so out of place there.

Hello everyone, I registered to these forums for one purpose and one purpose only. That purpose is to post about my discomfort about Ledger being the Joker. Ledger is a Ok actor, with the right make-up he might pull the role off. But it will be a different type role for him, it is gonna take some serious skill on his part to pull it off. I pray Nolan knows what he is doing and I pray Ledger does the role justice.

Who I was hoping and praying they would cast as the Joker? Who is the one person who I think is the perfect person for the role? The person I think has the best look and would be perfect in the role? Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you... The Joker.

Vincent Cassel is the Joker and should be casted as the Joker in my opinion. He played the bad guy in Ocean's Twelve and in Derailed, did fantastic jobs in both. This man, would have blown the doors off of the role as the Joker, without a doubt.

I saw his picture the night before ledger was officially announced, i so wanted him to get the part, in theway he looks hes perfect (im not sure how he acts and i hear he has a strong french accent) but in looks alone this guy was born to play the joker.

I think he would make an awesome Joker. Guys like Ledger and Brody are okay, but I think someone relatively unknown - or at least someone who's not on the cover of every teenie bopper magazine would fair much better.

With a "hot" star under the makeup - you always feel like you're watching that star's version of the Joker - not the Joker. I sort of had the same problem with Nicholson's Joker. With an unknown - it is easier to get absorbed in the character.

This guy certainly has a much better than Ledger. Even without makeup.

The more I see manips of Ledger as Joker - the more I get bored of the idea.
